The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely go there again if we return to Portland.

We had a wonderful stay. Pat was very responsive and helpful, the place was comfortable, quiet and perfectly located. It was easy to come and go and the island is idyllic. We loved our first visit to Maine!

We needed a place for my son’s externship. Setup for a long stay and feel like home. All the amenities made for an easy tradition to have everything provided and setup beyond expectations. Super quick and kind with any questions and concerns. Would highly recommend anyone to stay at this listing. A east walk to downtown and any site seeing.

The unit was very clean but a bit smaller than I expected. We chose the location because my son lives in Pepperell Mill which is very nearby. It had all listed amenities. A large person may struggle with the small shower. For the size of the space, the owner did a good job with the furnishings and amenities

Vanessa was very responsive and easy to contact when needed! The apartment was excellent and a great price for the location next to the beach. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again in the future!

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and a few shops. The space had everything we needed and more. Beach towels, chairs, beach bag, and toys were available for our use. Easy checkout. The place was cozy and comfortable.

This is really for someone who appreciate small details of the place(decor and so on). Within walking distance to basic necessities. Reasonable Uber fares to all places(Airport, Train Station, Old Port, Maine Mall).

Gregory was a pleasure to deal with and this stay was exactly what we were looking for!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Gregory's home. Home and amenities were as pictured and described. Space was tidy, smartly appointed, and clean. Home was close to Old Orchard Beach and we were able to walk there multiple times during our stay. The hot tub was much appreciated and we were able to relax after days filled with sight seeing and shopping. Gregory was communicative and had a response rate of approximately 12 hours. I would recommend bringing reusable bags for any shopping as it seems Maine has discontinued complimentary bags at stores.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home with our extended family, including a total of 6 adults and 5 kids. We had two additional adults spend one night, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a group of our size. The location is unbeatable, right on Drakes Island Beach, with incredible views and direct access to the sand. While we didn’t go in the water, we spent plenty of time relaxing on the beach, walking along the shore, and enjoying the peaceful setting. The home was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The large deck and open living spaces gave us plenty of room to spend time together and unwind. This was a perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, and we’d absolutely return again. Highly recommended!

This was our second year staying at Don’s and it was great as always! Beautiful space, clean, updated, and well stocked kitchen/linens. Location to the beach can’t be beat and all the beach things you’d need are available for use. Don and Sue are both wonderful and we look forward to future stays.

An absolutely charming property that is close to the beach, the boardwalk and close to shops and restaurants. The property is very well designed for function, is very appealing and had a lot of features and the amenities that we were looking. Plus, the overall style was clean and appealing. The host is amazing and I highly recommend staying at this property. I will definitely go back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marcia's lovely home! It was decorated super cute, was exceptionally clean, well equipped with anything and everything we needed, and felt very homey. She was very responsive and easy going. We were so comfortable - I slepted in both mornings until 9am! It was also nice to be able to have the option to check in at 3pm (most places are 4pm) and check out at 11am (rather than 10am). Lisbon is a darling little town - like a little Hallmark town. I spent a lot of time at the Little River coffee shop on Union St - great place to get coffee, a delicious homemade pastry and I was able to get a lot of writing done. I also got my tattoo brightened up at Align right next door to the coffee shop! I will definitely come back to the area and will book with Marcia. It was a great stay and I highly recommend.

The condo was extremely clean and tidy. Location is perfect for shopping in Perkins Cove and walking the Marginal Way. Once again, another great visit!

What a fantastic place to stay in Portland! Stephen's apartment is beautifully decorated, and is very well appointed. There was nothing that we needed while staying there! The apartment is so comfortable, was impeccably clean, and was the perfect home away from home. All the best restaurants, and some local favorites, are within walking distance. Lots of shopping and places to explore are also walkable. Stephen was an awesome host, he was very responsive, checked in to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything, and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat. We had such a wonderful time, and we look forward to coming back and staying here in the future. We highly recommend Stephen's place to stay!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

Great location! This condo was so close to everything it made getting around without a car super easy! Laundry is a great perk for longer stays!
