Beautiful historic home ! Loved the wrap around porch and the hot tub. Great shower ! Loved the coffee and wine and cozy blankets on the couch . Wish we could have stayed longer . Lots of space ! Close to downtown fort Myers

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

This house was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless—even the baseboards and ceiling fans were immaculate. The home is super spacious, with room to spread out comfortably (even the garage was huge!). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook indoors or grill outside, and there were multiple dining areas both inside and out. The pool and spa were beyond refreshing—clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. We loved the outdoor eating area and the thoughtful extras like pool toys and bikes, which added a fun touch. My boys especially enjoyed exploring near the canal, which made for some great memories. The beds were super comfy, with plenty of extra linens and cozy throw blankets. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the house is in a perfect, central location. The hosts were amazing: extremely responsive and helpful.

Maggie's place was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool and loved all the birds and lizards in the back yard. There was an issue with the air conditioner and Maggie was responsive with the issue. The house was comfortable and in a great location to visit Sanibel Island and the Everglades. We would definitely stay at Maggie's place again.

The house was beautiful and extremely clean. The hosts were kind and responsive within minutes to provide help and address any concern. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and the house comfortably fit 7 of us and could have accommodated a few more. We were on Captiva for a sad occasion this time, but would easily return to this house for vacation in the future!

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

This was our second time at Alex's house. Gets better every year. Alex is very accommodating.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Location is close enough to bike into downtown FMB and to the Publix, and we did both during our stay! The kids enjoyed the pool. House was stocked with everything you'd need for a day at the beach, which was much appreciated!

Had a great stay! We had to change our dates last minute and Rick and Heidi were awesome to work with! Great response time!! It was so close to everything only needed our car once!! Inside was clean with all the necessities! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

We spent the month of March at this home and enjoyed the experience. With only solar heat we were afraid we wouldn’t use the pool but it was great and enjoyed lots of floats. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area and beautiful canal views. Everything looked like the pictures. We loved the quiet neighborhood too

The place was beautiful! Although the description was spot on, the pictures didn't do it justice. When we walked in the great room was breathtaking! The entire place was meticulously cleaned. Everything about this place is very high end!

we stayed 3 weeks and felt like at home from the first moment on. the house is amazing. very clean. everything is working well. you have all what you need and more. my wife was so happy to see the air fryer. smile. we cooked for ourself most of the time. if I would choose a home for the rest of my live I would choose a one like this. short trip to many restaurants and shops. we loved our stay and will come back for sure. John and Colleen are so friendly and helpful. always available. we will put this stay to the best 3 of our lifetime. we thank John and Colleen so much to make our stay so memorable.

Villa Lake View was the perfect home for our golf getaway with friends. Aside from easy access to many golf courses, this home made the week very memorable. It was the most comfortable and rental property we've stayed at. It was beautifully appointed with a wonderful lake view and great outdoor space and setting. This home also exceeded any expectation we had for any amenity or convenice we could have needed. So many extra touches were greatly appreciated. The kitchen was the best supplied kitchen hands down with quality supplies. I cooked everyday for the group and had everything I could have wanted. And our hosts Sondra and Bob couldn't have been more gracious and caring about our stay. We can't wait for a return visit to this home.

Wow! Our second stay at Annalena's place was just as amazing as the first! It truly feels like our home away from home. The home shines with cleanliness and brightness. The surroundings are simply stunning! Whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the dock or watching gorgeous sunsets at night, the beauty of the property never failed to impress. A refreshing dip on a hot day or a relaxing float under the sun, the pool added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. We're already planning our next visit because we just can't get enough! Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with us. Can't wait to be back again! We also want to give a special shout out to Florian, the property manager. His attentiveness and communication made our stay even more enjoyable.

Dan’s place was easy to find and easy to get into. Dan is very responsive when you message him. He is great at giving recommendations when you ask for them. The house was clean and has everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed our time at the house.

This was our 3rd trip to Cape Coral but our first time at this property. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we had an excellent week with our 3 kids. The host helped us get a discount on renting infant items, which was convenient. The kayaks were a hit, and our 8-year-old managed the current just fine on his own. We enjoyed plenty of sunshine by the pool and sunsets from the deck. The onsite host was very helpful, ensuring our groceries were stocked upon arrival and recommending a fantastic farm-to-table restaurant nearby, which was a hit with our family. The flat top grill on the patio made for fun breakfast experiences. The location is ideal – a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores, shopping, and nearby beaches. The pool temperature was always perfect, and the patio area was great for hanging out. Overall matched the description but the patio furniture was underwhelming and not super comfortable. Agree that kitchenware and decor could use updating too.

What a beautiful home! The photos don’t do it justice. It has a very coastal, Hamptons style feel to it. Has everything you need and so many unexpected extras. We brought some things but really didn’t have to. Lots of details down to a coffee bar fully stocked and little things for our fur baby, condiments, drinks, etc. Felt like home. The outdoor space (pool, outdoor kitchen, the view & dock) were the highlight! We loved spending the days swimming and fishing. Did catch mostly catfish (lol) but also caught snapper and other types of fish. Sunsets and the breeze outside were our favorite. Home has a great floor plan with 3 accessible rooms in first floor (very comfy beds) and a very cute second floor with its own living room and bedroom & bath. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Cooking was great in the fully equipped kitchen. House is a 10 out of 10! Michelle was a very caring host, super responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this home. Can’t wait to return!
