Holiday rentals with a kayak in Cape Coral

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Villa. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by plenty to do. We felt safe at all times, and enjoyed on a consistent basis the beautiful pool and hot tub right out the back door. They were plenty of opportunities to fish, and enough space for our entire party to come together but also enjoy quiet time on our own. Regina is an incredibly responsive host, with tons of suggestions on how to fill your time. We would highly recommend this property!

The home is absolutely beautiful and very large for my family. We went to Fort Myers area for my grandson's baseball tournament for a week. This property was a little far from the baseball fields which I know wouldn't apply to the regular traveler. But there were a few issues with the property. The microscopic ants were terrible. We could never get a handle on those. We just had to put all food away. They did have ant traps everywhere to help combat but it really didn't help. Also the dishwasher did not dry the dishes. And for some reason the pool heater was set too high. But I addressed the property manager and they immediately responded. They were sending maintenance for the few minor issues. So I would definitely stay again.

What a gem! Probably the nicest Air BnB we have stayed at! The house is open, feels extremely clean, and is well stocked. A perfect family home, the pool was a great spot for our kids to expend their extra energy before bed, and the open floor concept allowed for us to all be together and then retreat to the rooms for bed. Absolutely recommend, and we will stay again if we are in the area!

We booked Lisa's place for our family vacation. Plenty of room for my husband, myself and our 3 adult children and their spouses. Home is beautifully maintained with lots of space and amenities. Lisa is a very gracious and accommodating hostess who answered quickly with any questions we had leading up to our stay and the few we had while there. She had great recommendations for things to do in the area. The lanai and pool area are fantastic and where we spent a lot of our time. Kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, blenders, etc you could think of making it easy to grocery shop and prepare meals at the house if you wanted to. 5 stars all the way!

Suzan’s home was wonderful . Everything was as described. Our kiddos enjoyed the pool and the patio was so nice for family times! We loved that she had beach supplies available! We traveled a distance And without her supplies we wouldn’t have enjoyed the beach! We felt at home and enjoyed our stay greatly! We will stay again!

This places was spectacular! There were so many things to do. We didn't need to leave the house. Beautiful decor and tons of food and other extras! Highly recommend. The master suite is sooo big!

This is a beautiful home. Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.

Wow! We loved this house. Great outdoor seating, loved watching the boats come and go. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great flat grill for dinners at home. Good restaurant options in the area. Cape Coral is close to so much, but away from traffic. Loads of windows and natural light. Very clean. Highly recommend.

RedAwning was the perfect accommodation for our 3-day fishing trip. We docked the boat directly behind the house, which was equipped with a fish-cleaning station and comfortable outdoor patio. The hosts were friendly and responsive, even offering to replace the coffee maker we were having some trouble with. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped (including complimentary wine and water bottles!). It would have been nice to have a second bathroom, but otherwise it was perfect!

Ernest was great! He was super responsive when we were trying to get the heat to work and was very proactive. He had renovated the place nicely after the area had experienced hurricane damage. The town is still in recovery but the neighbors were friendly when we were walking around. I will note that the current pictures (as of Jan 2025) are not up to date due to the renovations post hurricanes but all of the appliances/repairs are new and clean. and should not pose an issue on booking/staying at this house (i.e. the tiles in the bathroom are now white). We would stay here again!!

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!

Very nice cottage was perfect for weekend getaway

An absolute beautiful home! Kayaking on the lake was definitely a core memory for the kids. Having a ping pong table in the garage was a real life saver for us since it rained nearly everyday we were there. Sometimes the rain would stop at night which was wonderful because then we got to enjoy the hot tube. The only things that could use improvement are the primary bedroom curtains and better pillows other than that this home is absolutely perfect!

This was great for a long weekend. It was set up as two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, was very close to restaurants and had a great porch to sit and relax while watching boats go down the canal. The host responded quickly with any questions that I had and was very easy to communicate with.
