We had a wonderful stay for the week at FMB!

This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Walkable distance to town square and just minutes from the beach. The pool was great to hang out in and had plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach.

It’s a pretty good space. Great amenities. Kitchen is always a plus for us since we always cook when we travel. Only thing missing was a sponge a few more utensils. Super quiet and designated parking on driveway. Lots of groceries and shops within minutes.

My very first Airbnb and I'm sure it will set the standard for any future ones that I use. Super convenient location, plenty of parking, right on the canal so you see the dolphins and the manatees at any given point. I met Lori in person and she helped me with everything that I needed and was super kind. I spent a week kayaking the island and there are so many places to go that you don't have to leave the island once you get there.

Sylvia’s home was beautiful, very clean and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed!

We loved our stay. Quiet all through the night, and the patio creates even more privacy inside. Parking was nice and easy. No shoe policy indoors. We took them off coming in which is fine with us. I see why they ask for it - cleeeean floors! I wish all places would do this. No dirty/sandy floors. And with this place being close to the beach - even more impressed! We enjoyed shopping in the area and lots of restaurants around that we were able to choose from.

Great area and nice place to stay in to get away. Huge place for a family! No pool but to get away and relax is all that is needed! I felt right at home! You will enjoy this place

We absolutely loved our stay, everything was spotless,we especially loved how comfortable the bed was, as well as the high end quality bath towels,down to all the little extras that made our weekend very comfortable, we would definitely recommend this lovely place, and will book again when back in the area. We enjoyed our stay in St. James city. The peaceful surroundings were just what we hoped. Deanna sent us a list of live music in the area so when were done biking or hiking we had a selection of relaxed places to eat and listen to music. After hiking Randall Research Center or our boat ride to Cayo Costa state park, we bought some fresh fish, grilled it back at the place, then ate it next to the canal - very "Florida" in our minds. Deanna was always friendly and helpful, we felt so welcome.

Kimberly was an excellent host with a beautiful place to stay. It was extremely clean and organized with plenty of amenities. Would love to come again!

There isn’t much to say about our stay here other than hopefully we can stay here again. We absolutely loved it here. Very clean, nice, spacious, and you can walk to several great bars and restaurants. Also, I sent Veronica a couple messages during our stay and she responded within minutes each time.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

This vacation spot was a beautiful home with a wonderful pool. Located 15 minutes from Ft. Meyers beach hot spots and short walks to some great eateries! Beautifully decorated with new fixtures and a giant deck to view the water.

Great place to stay

What a beautiful month we had at Terraverde . The condo was in a perfect location with an awesome pool/hot tub , golf sign up and snack bar. The golf course was a nice short executive course and in descent condition. The pool was the best part! Pristine water, umbrellas, dining tables and lounge chairs. The condo asteroid with two great size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was filled with your minimum supplies needed with various restaurants nearby. Don and Barb live in the community and were very helpful and responsive to our questions. Nicole the property manager handled all the paperwork needed and was very helpful in getting it all completed. So looking forward to staying there again!

Bjoern was/is a wonderful host. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping us navigate the HOA and management company requirements for this property. His response time in all matters was almost instantaneous. The property was exactly as described and pictured and it was immaculate. I can't recommend him highly enough.
