Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cape Coral

Kevins house was nothing short of amazing and as others have stated, the photos don't it justice. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was bigger than appeared in photos. The inside of the house was very open and we were able to feel "at home". Kevin was very responsive before and during, although we didn't have any issues during our stay, but we did have to call him upon our arrival as we went to the wrong address (our fault!). It is in an "up and coming area" of Cape Coral, but it is a very quiet and nice area, and Publix is right down the road. Even Target, Aldis, and a farmers market store is within 10 minutes. We decided to drive to Naples area beaches, as we prefer those, and it was an hour drive, which we didn't mind. Lots of restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Only my husband and I stayed, but it would be great with the kids or other couples, and would definitely love to stay in this house in the future.

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as pictured. It was clean, beautiful, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The welcome package with snacks and coffee was such a thoughtful touch, and the bottle of wine for our anniversary made us feel extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathrooms were clean and well-supplied. We also tried a few of the host’s local food recommendations and loved every spot. The best part was the outdoor space! The heated pool was perfect, and we loved the seating area, pool toys, darts, and cornhole. This was easily one of our favorite stays. Huge thanks to our wonderful host!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! Everything was exactly as described—clean, well-organized, and super comfortable. The space had everything I needed and felt really welcoming from the start. You can tell the host put thought into making sure guests have a great experience. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses, easy check-in, and very helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated the little touches that made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I had such a great time and would definitely stay here again. We barely left the place as it had everything as described in the listing. The property was well-maintained and the host was very responsive. From the moment of check in until check out, Emily’s place is the perfect little family get away. We thoroughly enjoyed the private oasis in the backyard and spent most of our time in the heated pool. On top of the house being very comfortable and home like, Emily has thought of everything you could need. The details in the organization of all the supplies you could need and amenities were wonderful and very appreciated. Thank you for a great stay!

I would come back here again! Nancy and Gene's home is inviting and so classy. I love all the home decor and themes. It was such a quiet get-a-way and very relaxing.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Ft. Myers. Varun was a very responsive host & gave us super clear & easy directions for check in/ check out. The place was perfect for what we needed & had everything we needed! The 2 bathrooms worked out great for our group. The beds & pillows were so comfortable. Great location- about 15 from the airport & 30 from Ft. Myers beach! Would recommend & stay here again.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

This was our first trip to Sanibel Island since Christmas 2021. We used to visit every Christmas and owned property that we lost to Hurricane Ian. We had a lovely stay at Palmer’s place. The location was great - a short few minutes walk to the beach, very bikeable and quiet. I was worried that the island would not be ready for guests again, but we had a lovely time seeing lights, getting ice cream, biking and shelling. There is still some construction, some owners and still rebuilding, and some businesses are still recovering. However, there is enough on the island to enjoy your stay - restaurants, bikes, beach access, and roads/bike paths in good shape! Palmer’s place was enjoyable - the Palm View studio had everything we needed, and amenities including bikes and laundry. The bathroom was so lovely, and the shower was amazing after a day in the sun. The small kitchen had a microwave and induction top, good for quick meals, and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommend this stay!

Had a wonderful stay. The unit had everything I needed. I really enjoyed being able to walk to so many nice bars and restaurants.

Dailyn’s casita was so wonderful, I love how she decorated everything and when you first step inside it’s like a fresh breeze. Overall all, it’s all lovely. And please if you do book this. The pool is amazing and it’s a pretty nice size!

Jim's place is great! We wanted a nice, serene, peaceful weekend in the country and that's exactly what we got. The cabin is cozy and clean. I highly recommend it if you're looking to get out of town.
