Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cape Canaveral

This rental was exactly what we needed for the weekend! It was impeccably clean, well stocked and literally within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and communication was on point. We can’t wait to return for a more extended visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

My family and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend and loved the location. Very close to the beach and a quick drive to plenty of restaurants. The hosts were very helpful when I needed to change our check out date last minute. We would love to stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here. Perfect size for me, my husband and young daughter for a few nights. Beach is so close and Julie offered all the beach items needed- umbrellas, sand castle stuff, chairs. She also gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, breakfast, sunset drinks, ice cream spot, etc. thank you so much for all of the amazing suggestions. The fresh seafood was just the best! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 8 nights and wish it was longer! Everything was awesome! Kathy is very responsive and helpful. Her place is impeccable and she has everything u might need there. I went out to buy some bug spray and then saw a whole can in the laundry room after!!!!! Do look around because it’s probably in there! Property is a little piece of heaven! Fished off dock and beach was closer than I thought it would be! And “private” is an understatement!!! 2 days there was no one in sight!!!!!! Absolutely awesome and will be back! We loved the location of this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and dogs were allowed during certain times. We would definitely stay here again.

Just a perfect little spot. The place is comfy, safe, and clean, nice furniture, comfy beds, extra cot and pack n play for the kids, all the basics in the kitchen. Great quiet location on the beach, close to some really great restaurants, nice heated pool. BYO shampoo, conditioner, body wash (there was some leftover communal bottles under the sinks but those always freak me out to use). The beach stuff made the trip with everything in great condition. We used the 2 umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, all 4 chairs, beach cart, towels. There's a cooler and beach bag too. Maryam really thought of everything. You can't see the launch pad for the rockets from the unit but once it got above the buildings we had a good view of it for a minute or two. More expensive than the hotels in the area but it was worth it to us given the extra space and beach gear. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Excellent location- beach is very close! Loved the space and layout of home. Patios and decks were a bonus. Parking in driveway. Very clean and updated. Appreciated all of the beach supplies!

Very convenient location near places to eat, the beach, and a short uber ride to the Port Terminal. Would recommend!

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

Chelsi and Marc were perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped and the pool area is amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were at the property and they had even arranged flowers for her which she loved. One of the best properties we have stayed in! Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

This place was more than we expected. A great location for us to stay before leaving for our cruise. The house was extremely clean and spacious.

We loved the peacocks! They added such character to the area. They can be a little loud, but we felt it added to the charm. The pool was fantastic, and the house was spacious. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach when you were carrying chairs/umbrella/toys, but it was easy to drop them off and walk back when there weren’t parking spots. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely visit again! Perfect spot for a week!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. We had a wonderful stay, wouldn’t ask for one single change. The hosts and manager were communicative, clear, and helpful. The manual at the condo was extremely thorough, highly appreciated as it made the stay so much smoother. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and clean, not to mention the gorgeous view and quick access to the beach. My only issue is that we couldn’t stay longer.

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights at Ivars and Stephanie's place and we absolutely loved it. We were traveling for a short beach vacation and a little longer Disney stay and we wanted to be at the beach for as long as we could. Ivars and Stephanie were so accommodating and allowed us to have a later checkout on our last day which we are so grateful for. The location of this place is so perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it's a quiet and safe area and the condo is just as described. Also less than 1 mile from a Publix to grab any groceries you need for your stay, lots of restaurants, the boardwalk is super short drive, and a great putt putt/go cart place is just down the road too! Super clean, all the things you would need were provided, and beach items included in that! We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

Wonderful!!! Comfortable bed, plush towels, fully stocked kitchen with quality supplies, I could go on and on. The best part of all was the access to the beach and the chairs and umbrella provided! We walked to local restaurants and bars many times and really felt at home. Katelyn is a gracious host and extremely responsive. You cannot go wrong by renting this place!

This space was perfect for me and my husband. Had everything we needed plus some. Very clean space, easy access to the beach. Ana was so helpful and responsive. Already planning our next trip back!

perfect location, not even 5 minutes from beach and 10 to 15 minutes to most restaurants by walking. very clean and alone of amenities. we will be definitely staying here again.

Beautiful place in a great location. Clean and stocked with supplies. Loved the code entry so no key at the beach. 15 seconds walk to the pool, 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes by car to the Port restaurants. 10 minutes to Cocoa Beach.
