Condo was exactly as described. Pool and beach were within feet of the unit. Was able to cook and grill at the complex throughout our stay. Great location; near anything you would need and easy to get to. Melanie was extremely responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again in the future.

Very peaceful yet close to activities. The hosts have a good sense of all those little things that make a stay not only enjoyable (free fun beach seats and toys), but also comfortable (a slew of “Oh, crud, I forgot X” items like lint rollers, floss, etc.” Very thoughtful!

Laramy was an excellent host. The check in process was smooth as the instructions were clear. We were thankful for a stocked closet of beach items- there was plenty for the kids to play with and endless hours at the beach/pool during our stay. My kids got a kick out of crab hunting at night. There were so many! The beds were super comfortable to sleep in- great quality in both rooms. It was a pretty quiet complex overall and a beautiful condo for a family vacation.

Pats condo was wonderful for ours girls trip this year! Million dollar view from the balcony & fabulous open concept kitchen/dining/living room area. Kitchen is very well supplied! Great quiet condo-wonderful pool. Beach is steps away and we went every day. Pat supplied everything you need for the beach too—minus an umbrella which can be rented right on the beach—3 min walk away! She also quickly responded to any questions and provided anything we needed! I was ready to rent this condo again right away but the dates we are returning are already rented..bummer for me! Thank you for a great week Pat! We hope to be back sometime!😊

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful week-long stay at Eleny and George’s condo. Eleny provided clear check-in instructions so check-in was a breeze. The condo itself is very spacious. The 2 bedrooms are large and each has a full bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, has modern appliances, and has a full-sized washer and dryer. The best part of this oceanfront condo is the wonderful balcony!! It can be accessed from sliders off both the living room and master bedroom. The view is stunning and the sound of ocean waves is so relaxing. We were able to see a launch from Cape Canaveral directly from the balcony, which was a real bonus! The condo is well appointed with modern technologies and updated decor. The condo comes with an indoor parking space which was a pleasant surprise. Eleny was very responsive and communicative. She proactively told us when launches were occurring throughout the week and checked in regularly to see if things were going well. We highly recommend!!

10/10 views! We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is absolutely perfect! Right on the beach, safe, quiet, clean and equipted with everything you could possibly need. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. I was really impressed with the CLEANLINESS and organization of the condo. The towels and linens smelled clean and great (not full of fragrance) which we appreciated so much. The kitchen had everything we needed and much more as we prepared many meals with that amazing view. We saw dolphins and sea turtle tracks right in front of the building. Really wonderful spot!

We had a great stay at Rob’s condo on Cocoa Beach! The living area was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need to cook. We loved the view from the condo and the easy beach access.

Great host, beautiful place!

The condo was perfect for my fiancé and myself. Just steps from the beach and easy access to other areas. The beach was peaceful with not a lot of people. Kelly was the perfect host. She had good ideas in her guest book that was in the condo. Checking in and out was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Claudia's condo has everything you need for an extended stay. Spotless at checkin and easy to keep that way. Walking distance to the beach. Many great restaurants and attractions close by. I would definitely book her condo again.

As native Floridians, we always look for the smaller, private places to stay and we found this hidden gem. The home was clean with no clutter and the location is perfect with a quiet, private beach. David and Kelly were very responsive and we had no troubles at all. We were extremely pleased with the beds, linens, and everything you would need to cook complete meals in the kitchen. And as an AC & Electric business owner, the AC works great! Not a single complaint on this amazing find. Thank you both for being great hosts!

We had a great stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it perfect for my family. There was a noticeable smoke smell in one of the rooms, but the host was very kind and quick to respond. I mentioned it might have come from a neighboring unit, and she was very understanding, offering a solution and sincerely apologizing. Her prompt communication and attentiveness were much appreciated, and she made sure we felt taken care of. Despite the issue, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider staying again!

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

Gregory’s condo is true luxury. From all the amenities inside, the beautiful furnished design, the kitchenware. Then there’s the view from the balcony of the river and the pool. We spent every sunset either in the jacuzzi or the balcony - each sunset distinct and beautiful. The entire feeling of peace and beauty is unbeatable! Truly, we would return just for the Master shower!! The place comes with a long list of instructions. Fairly, that’s because there are so many amenities. So make it a point to use them all. It’s worth it.

Stunning space in a perfect location! The home looked exactly like the photos & was just as described. Great, well thought out, amenities throughout and comfortable bedding. We had plenty of towels, which has been rare in my past Airbnb experiences (when you’re traveling with small kids this is a huge plus!) The view is beautiful and the beach feels private with minimal traffic. Heather was a gracious and accommodating host. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Tim's place. Great location, right on the beach, and lots of restaurant/bar choices within walking distance. Unit itself was great, overlooking the heated pool (very comfortable). Updated with plenty of room for my wife, 21 year old twin boys, and me. About a 30 second walk to the beach, with a newly rebuilt boardwalk. We loved our stay, and highly recommend everything about this experience! Thanks, Tim!

Harbor Island is a very nice laid back beach vacation spot. Karli's condo is beautiful and comfortable. The sunsets are awesome, and even on spring break week, it felt like we had the beautiful pool and hot tub to ourselves. The vibe of the whole club is laid back and beautiful. From the beach, to the pool, to the unreal views from to comfy balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway, this place has everything we wanted and more. Not to mention the luxurious feel of the condo, from the kitchen, to the bedrooms, to the amazing master bathroom, the comfy luxury feel of this place is on another level. We didn't wanna leave.

Balcony view of ocean is the best feature of this unit & the reason to book this place. Being on top floor means a quiet stay but only being on the 5th floor means hearing the waves all the time when the glass doors were open. Balcony & entire unit is very spacious & comfortable to spend time in. Bedrooms are generous in size & living room / dining room / kitchen is all open creating a great room to hang out in. Photos actually don’t do it justice - looks better in person. Kitchen has all you need to cook including real wine glasses. Great to have a garage to park our car in. Also it’s a super easy drive to get to and from Orlando. Although appreciate initial paper products being available it would have been helpful to include a couple of extra toilet paper rolls to make it through a long wkd stay. Needs a little attention in maintenance & cleaning of furniture cushions but would stay here again.
