I really enjoyed my stay at this location! The hosts were AMAZING with communication and set my expectations front and center. The actual unit is modern and luxurious-feeling—a great place to come back to after an afternoon at the beach or out on the town. It very much feels like an upscale NY apartment. My favorite feature of this place was the bathroom! The lighting coupled with the walkin shower was amazing to enjoy after a long day. The location is right near the train tracks, as others have stated, but the noise really isn’t that bad at all. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and peaceful. There are also plenty of restaurants, stores, and the beach not far away, making it a pretty optimal place for vacation. Overall, I liked my experience and would stay here again the next time I visit. As a matter of fact, I would have stayed longer! Thanks RSVP Haven team 👍

We Enjoyed our stay so much,the apartment was beautiful, very well stocked, was glad to find the spices in the cabinet, like that people left there extra unneeded item ic cabinets,we left paper towels, paper plates, the perishable we left for the owners in a small cooler .so if you need a small cooler for the beach they have one you can use,Carolyn and Mike are very nice,sweet and helpful, definitely make you feel welcomed. We appreciated the beach chairs , boogie boards ,sand buckets and shovels ,the beach towels were so big and soft especially the blue ones 💙 loved the private beach, the view and the sunrise 🌅 the patio furniture and loungers were great for laying out.would definitely come back .Thank you for the wonderful time and the use of the washer and dryer, I washed all sheets and towels for you left on bar clean. Very nice, clean! Bed was a bit uncomfortable- may just be me in my old age! Regardless Jose was extremely responsive with every question! Pool was nice- unfortunately many guest do not shower before getting g creating oil and sand issues- if that the biggest issue I’m good!!

David was an outstanding host. We enjoyed the place and our stay in his property. The location was conveniently close by the beach. It was a peaceful environment overall. I had a short stay over the weekend as a gift to my girlfriend. She really enjoyed the whole experience. The place is well equipped with short to mid- stays.

Overall it was a great stay. Some stains in coffee cups and a TAD bit of hair in/ on a few towels; neither were a big deal. It was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. Also loved the easy checkout.

Awesome location. Walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach and a block from beach access. Very clean and comfortable for me and my husband. Nice cold air conditioner was great after a day of walking around in 90 degree weather 😄

Very accommodating and helpful during our stay!

We stayed at Petra one night before heading to our cruise. Would recommand! Two steps from the beach, restaurants and other stores, secure area and a short ride to the cruises terminal. The bed is super comfy! The place is exactly how it’s described, the price is fair and Petra was responsive and accommodating. Thanks again for having us!

We had stayed in Cheryl's unit before she purchased and renovated it. All I can say is wow! The upgrades are amazing....comfy bed, more functional kitchen, upgraded decor. And all the things we loved about staying at Cocoa Beach Club remain...easy access to the beach, walking distance to Ron Jon and the pier, great parking. I look forward to my next trip to Cocoa Beach and this great condo.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is a block / short walk to the beach. Fairly easy walking distance to a number of fun bars and restaurants in the area. The unit was clean and comfortable. Well represented by the photos in the listing. Nice little patio area for chilling and grilling. A good value for the dollars paid.

The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, including the Keurig. Balcony had a great view, very clean and well furnished. Beach access was a short walk through the building and down a few steps. Beach was never crowded, even on a holiday. Beach equipment and a wagon was supplied. We would stay there again.

We spent a few nights here with our 1 year old and it was perfect! The pool was warm and never fully busy- plenty of recliners at all time of the day! The beach was wonderful with just 100 steps away! Our toddler loved the putting green and walking around the complex. We always felt safe and all the neighbors were so friendly. The condo was clean, had all the essentials and more! If we weren’t expanding our family we would be back year after year! 10/10 recommend Ivars and Stephanie’s place if you are looking for a cozy beach getaway!

We absolutely loved staying here! We stayed with our 2 year old and it was perfect for our family of 3. We loved the direct beach access, all the beach amenities, space, main level/close parking spot, location to restaurants and coffee shops, and back patio. We come to Cocoa Beach every year and this is our favorite spot we’ve stayed! Marguerite was so kind, communicative, and responsive and we are so grateful to have stayed here. Perfect spot to enjoy this sweet beach town!

We loved staying at the Airbnb. Clean, cozy and everything we needed to feel at home. You can walk to a restaurant, pool and gym. It was very close to the Kennedy Space Center. We had a great stay! Thank you!

The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

Great location right on the beach. Nice and quiet! We enjoyed the supply of beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Plenty of space in the unit where 4 adults could comfortably stay. We had just two of us and a toddler and it would be better for older kids. There is loft window above the living room and kitchen which opens directly into the upstairs bedroom that made it difficult to sleep in. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.

Christine’s suite was perfectly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It was the little details that made it feel extra special. The space had everything we needed, and the peaceful garden was a highlight… our son loved spending time out there. It was quiet, relaxing, and just a short walk to the beach, which made our stay even better. We truly felt at home and would gladly stay again!

We had initially rented a place for our six day vacation/cousin’s wedding. When we arrived to the initial rental, it was not as pictured on Airbnb. My husband needed a recliner to sleep, as he has a bad back and can’t lay flat in a bed. The initial rental pictured a recliner that was not there when we arrived. We found Deb’s place on Airbnb with a reclining sofa/sectional that was very comfortable! She worked with us to get us all set up for her rental even though it was a last minute booking. Everything went smooth and fast with the booking. It was as described, plus better! The condo was well supplied with everything we needed from our plane flight for our stay and very comfortable! The condo was conveniently located to the wedding venue at NASA. Also, very convenient to other attractions and lots of good restaurants. Our favorite restaurant that we ate at almost every day was Atlantic Seafood, fresh, local seafood. Definitely will return.
