Excellent location- beach is very close! Loved the space and layout of home. Patios and decks were a bonus. Parking in driveway. Very clean and updated. Appreciated all of the beach supplies!

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

This place was more than we expected. A great location for us to stay before leaving for our cruise. The house was extremely clean and spacious.

We loved the peacocks! They added such character to the area. They can be a little loud, but we felt it added to the charm. The pool was fantastic, and the house was spacious. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach when you were carrying chairs/umbrella/toys, but it was easy to drop them off and walk back when there weren’t parking spots. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely visit again! Perfect spot for a week!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. Such a cute and wonderful little cottage! The house is relatively close to most everything. We walk the whole time we were there. Some was a good little walk but doable. The house itself self was very comfortable and Sondra was wonderful when it came to communication!!

This rental was exactly what we needed for the weekend! It was impeccably clean, well stocked and literally within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and communication was on point. We can’t wait to return for a more extended visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here. Although it was a short, 4 night trip, we felt right at home for the entirety of it! We were even welcomed with fresh lit candles to top it off. Throughout our stay the host had great communication and really outdid our expectations when he offered to start us a fire outside to enjoy the evening. The place was spotless and the bed was so so comfy! We look forward to staying here in the future!

My family and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend and loved the location. Very close to the beach and a quick drive to plenty of restaurants. The hosts were very helpful when I needed to change our check out date last minute. We would love to stay again.

We stayed 8 nights and wish it was longer! Everything was awesome! Kathy is very responsive and helpful. Her place is impeccable and she has everything u might need there. I went out to buy some bug spray and then saw a whole can in the laundry room after!!!!! Do look around because it’s probably in there! Property is a little piece of heaven! Fished off dock and beach was closer than I thought it would be! And “private” is an understatement!!! 2 days there was no one in sight!!!!!! Absolutely awesome and will be back! Thanks Kathy, Carl and Ray for an enjoyable stay

Just a perfect little spot. The place is comfy, safe, and clean, nice furniture, comfy beds, extra cot and pack n play for the kids, all the basics in the kitchen. Great quiet location on the beach, close to some really great restaurants, nice heated pool. BYO shampoo, conditioner, body wash (there was some leftover communal bottles under the sinks but those always freak me out to use). The beach stuff made the trip with everything in great condition. We used the 2 umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, all 4 chairs, beach cart, towels. There's a cooler and beach bag too. Maryam really thought of everything. You can't see the launch pad for the rockets from the unit but once it got above the buildings we had a good view of it for a minute or two. More expensive than the hotels in the area but it was worth it to us given the extra space and beach gear. Will definitely be staying here again!!

We had a wonderful stay, wouldn’t ask for one single change. The hosts and manager were communicative, clear, and helpful. The manual at the condo was extremely thorough, highly appreciated as it made the stay so much smoother. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and clean, not to mention the gorgeous view and quick access to the beach. My only issue is that we couldn’t stay longer.

This space was perfect for me and my husband. Had everything we needed plus some. Very clean space, easy access to the beach. Ana was so helpful and responsive. Already planning our next trip back!

Suuuuper cute spot right on the beach, we ended up just staying on the balcony and still felt like we were down in the sand! Right in the heart of downtown, definitely will be coming back!

Very peaceful yet close to activities. The hosts have a good sense of all those little things that make a stay not only enjoyable (free fun beach seats and toys), but also comfortable (a slew of “Oh, crud, I forgot X” items like lint rollers, floss, etc.” Very thoughtful!

Olga‘s place was beautiful, and pristine. It was nicely furnished, clean, and relaxing. The view is also beautiful and the location is great. I would love to stay there again. Olga was also flexible and super sweet to communicate with.

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful week-long stay at Eleny and George’s condo. Eleny provided clear check-in instructions so check-in was a breeze. The condo itself is very spacious. The 2 bedrooms are large and each has a full bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, has modern appliances, and has a full-sized washer and dryer. The best part of this oceanfront condo is the wonderful balcony!! It can be accessed from sliders off both the living room and master bedroom. The view is stunning and the sound of ocean waves is so relaxing. We were able to see a launch from Cape Canaveral directly from the balcony, which was a real bonus! The condo is well appointed with modern technologies and updated decor. The condo comes with an indoor parking space which was a pleasant surprise. Eleny was very responsive and communicative. She proactively told us when launches were occurring throughout the week and checked in regularly to see if things were going well. We highly recommend!!
