While small, this place is in a great location and close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Big patio too.

Marion is more than available and super responsive. The place is to fall, location with sublime sea view, huge and gated terrace for children! Hyper functional, nickel condition, great amenities. I recommend it for a pleasant stay!

The weekend spent in this accommodation with my best friend was really very pleasant, Alexandre is very responsive to the questions I asked him. The accommodation is in line with our expectations, the sofa bed is very good quality, we slept very well, I hope to be able to return very soon

A very nice stay in this accommodation, very small but tastefully renovated apartment. Great sea view. Check-in and communication with the owner very good. The village would need a good upgrade, a little abandoned.

We lived here for a few days, the two of us. The apartment is in the best location in Sète. You can reach everything very well on foot and feel "right in the middle of it". The apartment is very well equipped, we bought fish and vegetables in "Les Halles" and cooked wonderfully. We parked the car in the free parking lot Mas Coulet, about 20 minutes on foot. We enjoyed the stay very much and are happy that we were able to be Isabella's guest.

Accommodation as described, clean and well arranged, the sea view is a real asset, as well as the games room that delighted our 4-year-old daughter. In addition, our hosts were very welcoming and allowed us to arrive a little earlier, thank you again for everything. We would definitely recommend this listing.

We (a family of three) really enjoyed staying at Olivier's place. The house is very close to the beach & Olivier provides a lot of what you need on the beach (sun loungers, parasols, ...). The house is beautifully decorated, clean & we found everything we needed. If we had any questions, Olivier responded to messages very quickly. Overall, we liked it very much and if we come back to Marseillan Plage, we would like to take this house again.

Pierre and Virginia's place is very well located allowing access to La Roquille beach on foot and very fast. As far as we are concerned with 2 young children, the accommodation was ideal thanks to the small exterior shaded in places. Finally, check-in was easy, the accommodation was very well-equipped + very pleasant little touches. We'll be happy to go back

Great stay at Bernadette's place! There were 8 of us and we all enjoyed the house, the proximity to the center and the different amenities. Bernadette knows how to make herself available to these tenants and was flexible with check-in time. We all recommend this rental and host!

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

I had a great 2-night stay at Séverine and Alain's. The apartment is perfectly clean, very well equipped (especially the kitchen), and the bedding is really comfortable. The view from the veranda balcony is magnificent: it overlooks the main street of Cap d'Agde, with a superb sunset as a bonus! Parking in the residence is a real plus. Séverine is super nice, friendly and very responsive. Thank you for hosting us, I would recommend it without hesitation!

Jean's accommodation is very well located and equipped. The terrace offers a pleasant and quiet view of the port. The room, well ventilated, bright and spacious is perfect. Jean, concerned about the well-being of his guests, communicated to us, before our arrival, clear, precise and detailed instructions and information (shops, recommendations for activities nearby, route, arrival procedures, contact details, etc.).
