The accommodation was very pleasant, very cozy, very clean and air conditioning in all the rooms at the top, especially with the scorching weather. small downside for the stairs to access the accommodation and also to find a parking space. Thanks to Vincent who welcomed us very well, flexible on the schedule, punctual in handing over and returning the keys, very pleasant exchanges, and responsive. Accommodation faithful to the description and photos, balcony with unobstructed and pleasant view, incredible calm and indeed 2 steps from the beach, direct access. Easily accessible parking. Quick access to Sete or Balaruc, Well equipped, we lacked nothing. In short, we'll remember it for a future stay 😉

Large and beautiful apartment perfectly maintained, with a charming terrace and good location with beaches within walking distance and buses at the bottom of the residence to reach the city center. We really enjoyed staying there and enjoyed Esther's warm welcome and flexible departure and arrival times, it's very valuable! We would definitely be happy to go back. 🐚🐚

Coming for my dad's wedding, we were able to enjoy the walking proximity to the restaurant at Alain's. Alain , welcomed us very warmly, the accommodation very pleasant. Shops , restaurants , the sea , are within walking distance and this is very nice too We'll keep the address on our list for maybe a weekend.

We are delighted with the stay we have just spent at Martine's. She welcomed us with great kindness and adapted to our schedule. The accommodation is very nice, extremely clean, quiet and very well located. I have no other word than PERFECT! The bedding is good, the bed linen is soft and smells very good. The rooms are very dark at night and conducive to a very good sleep. All the equipment is new and the entire accommodation is very well maintained. The dishes are impeccable. Only small downside that is well mentioned in the description and that made us hesitate: the lack of wifi for teleworking but we took a portable relay and everything was perfect. Really recommend!!! A big thank you to the lovely Martine for her warm welcome!

We have spent a wonderful week in Melanie’s and Benoît’s house. The house itself, both the interior and the exterior, are beautiful, even better than the images. The location is great on top of a hill with supreme views of the beautiful landscape. A great place to chill and hang out! On top of that Benoît and Melanie are super nice hosts, very friendly and helpful, providing lots of recommendations for what to do in the area! I do hope we will be back someday!

We are delighted with our stay at Guillaume's. The apartment is in a very good location and more beautiful than in the photos. Quiet and clean. You have the countryside 50 meters away and downtown Maraussan 3 minutes by car with supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc. If you go there from June you will have access to the pool! Guillaume and his family are very welcoming and discreet. We stayed for a month and, if needed, will come back. In addition, Beziers is a 10-minute drive away. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

friendly hosts and welcome, great location not too close to the bars and restaurants but still walkable for all ages. view can’t be beat. Water pressure is good. bedrooms are quiet and comfortable.
