We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great,bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay with family or friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places around. We recommend it +++. We would not hesitate to return to this villa during our next stay in Agde. Thanks!

Accommodation faithful to the listing, ideal for a weekend with friends or family. Everything is in accordance with the photos: clean, well decorated, quiet. The spa and the secluded garden are real assets to fully enjoy the stay. Special mention to the hosts, very kind and accommodating, who facilitated our arrival and made the stay even more enjoyable. Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Just a wow moment when you first see the house. We will definitely be back!

Warm welcome by Mireille who is very friendly. We only stayed one night but very functional accommodation. Good quality bedding, we slept very well. Accommodation in a dead-end street so no noise which is very appreciable. Close to the beach on foot. We are fans of Airbnb and this one is in our top 5. Well located apartment because it's far from everything Shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. everything is nearby If you play golf, you can also walk there The apartment is very functional. There is everything you need. The terrace is sunny all day and for those who fear the sun there is the tarpaulin to have shade

We had an EXCELLENT stay at Jacques and Christine's. ❤ Their warm and human welcome immediately put us at ease. A big thank you to them! The accommodation is clean and super functional. The garden is full of a thousand little corners to rest, play and bathe in peace. My teenage daughter and I especially enjoyed the hammocks on the terrace overlooking the lush vegetation 😊 In the heights of the city, the climb is well worth the calm that you find when you return "home".

We had a peaceful weekend out of season. The apartment is ideally located neither too far nor too close to the port. Lots of activities around without taking the car. I highly recommend it!!

We stayed for a week at this great villa for a week. Everything was perfect and even beyond our expectations. The villa, the setting, the amenities, the pool…. A big thank you to our host also who contacted us to organize everything before our arrival, responsive when we have questions or needs. We'll be back very soon, that's for sure.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Julien’s house very much. He responded and fulfilled our requests within the hour and was very friendly. The house had everything we needed, even an alarm for the pool in case Baby or puppy accidentally took a dip. My only criticism is the low water pressure in the showers, very difficult for washing long or thick hair. And a small caveat, the sound in the house travels very well so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall the house was the perfect home base for our excursions to the cities and beaches. 9.5/10

We had a great little stay with friends!! The apartment is very clean, well located and comfortable. You can easily and quickly get fresh bread, croissants or other because there are shops nearby (5 min walk). We were very well received by Mathieu when we arrived and Jessica is a host who is interested in these vacationers and that's nice!! Very good contact and very friendly!! An address to remember and recommend!!

We had a great week in this nice apartment, very well renovated, with air conditioning, not to mention the magnificent sea view. The port is less than a 10-minute walk away. I will come back with great pleasure.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

I had a great time at the apartment, it feels really good. It is very well equipped and matches the photos. The terrace without vis-à-vis and the sea view are the strong assets. I'll be back for my next visit.
