The place is as described and very clean! In addition, the host was always very responsive and pleasant. I had to change my stay at the last minute and it was accepted without any problems. I appreciate it again!

We really had a great time. The apartment is spacious, bright and perfectly equipped. The residence is new and ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the port and all the necessary shops. The pool is clean, not too crowded and perfect for relaxing. The beach is less than 15 minutes' walk away. Special mention for the Gaia restaurant, less than 10 minutes' walk, probably one of the most beautiful sunsets in Cape Town and the food is excellent. Thank you again for your availability. We'll be back next year.

Very convenient apartment, perfectly located near the Canal du Midi and the village center. Patrick and Annie have very well furnished this apartment which is very functional and very comfortable in addition to being beautifully decorated. My husband and I had a great stay and are ready to do it again.

A great welcome for my first rental on Airbnb, a spotless and well-equipped apartment for one or two people as a couple, relatively quick access to downtown Montpellier by Tramway 3 whose terminus is less than 4 minutes from the apartment, a supermarket nearby, and charming and attentive owners, what more could you ask for? I would gladly make a new reservation for this apartment if the opportunity arises. Olivier

Very well hosted by Edmonde, we had a great stay in this well-equipped apartment, located in a quiet and wooded residence. We enjoyed the terrace, the ease of getting to the beaches and the proximity to a shopping mall.

We would recommend this listing. We were 3 adults and a child and we didn't feel cramped. However, we believe that for 4 adults it can be narrow at the sofa bed. The accommodation was very clean, there was everything you needed for the beach as well as basic amenities. Melanie is very friendly, attentive and understanding. We had a very good stay and the location was very good (restaurants, bakery, close to the canals, shops and halls of Sète). To park, depending on the hours it can be difficult to find a place near the accommodation (on weekends) but we have still always been able to park quite close (paid parking). Thank you for this beautiful stay and we hope to see you soon!

Welcome by Mélanie, very pleasant and smiling. Apartment very well located, with sea view as advertised, clean, complete, modern and functional amenities. Garage on the same level as the apartment, facilitating the transfer of luggage. The only drawback was the narrowness of the garage for our vehicle.

Michèle is very pleasant and responsive,indicates a lot of things nearby, very clean studio, quiet place and car parked in the residence. beach within walking distance as well as commerce,everything is perfect. I recommend it.

I knew the Tennis Village well to go there often as a child. The development is still as good! The apartment is one of the best oriented and placed in the subdivision. It is perfectly equipped and clean. A flawless person! We'll be back with pleasure.

We had a lovely stay in this lovely house, located in a very quiet area. The beautiful swimming pool as well as a large garden bring a very appreciable atmosphere and comfort. Chantal and Jean Louis gave us a nice welcome and remained available throughout the stay. Beach and shops 10 minutes by car Everything was there to make our stay a success. I would highly recommend it!

We are delighted with the stay we have just spent at Martine's. She welcomed us with great kindness and adapted to our schedule. The accommodation is very nice, extremely clean, quiet and very well located. I have no other word than PERFECT! The bedding is good, the bed linen is soft and smells very good. The rooms are very dark at night and conducive to a very good sleep. All the equipment is new and the entire accommodation is very well maintained. The dishes are impeccable. Only small downside that is well mentioned in the description and that made us hesitate: the lack of wifi for teleworking but we took a portable relay and everything was perfect. Really recommend!!! We had a pleasant stay at Barbara's cottage. She is very welcoming and flexible, allowing us early check-in. The apartment was very clean, well arranged and very well-equipped. The saltwater pool was very nice and the kids were thrilled to be able to use the inflatable floats. They also enjoyed the ping-pong table and trampoline.

We were 8 people and it has enough room for everyone. Everything was perfectly furnished and available. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The small pools are great, but could be a little warmer in October.

Antonio was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, he offered us the apartment initially booked (identical to the photos in every way) or to change to the neighboring apartment because the dishwasher had just broken down in the 1st apartment. It was very nice of him and we opted for the 2nd apartment: just as well equipped and new. The view of the vineyards is absolutely amazing. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities offered but we still managed to take a short dip in the heated pool: a treat! The bedding is extremely comfortable. Just to know that the apartments are along the road at the entrance to the small village: but little traffic, and no associated nuisance for us. The listing is very true to life. We recommend this place without a second thought and will gladly come back to this peaceful retreat.
