This condo is centrally located making getting to downtown, Landa Park, the water park, and just about all N.B. offers very easy. You could walk to Wurstfest from this location. It is right on the Comal river so you can jump in the river anytime. The unit was very comfortable. You will hear the trains when they move through town since the tracks are right next to the complex so take note if you are a light sleeper.

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

Great location for floating the Comal River! Our family also enjoyed hanging out at the pool after floating the river. Condo was great with comfortable beds and toiletries. Thank you for hosting!

We had a great stay. Location is excellent. Close to Schlitterbahn. Can easily get in and float to public access and walk back. Also walking distance to downtown.

We enjoyed our stay at Julie's place. Comfortable, and well located to Congress Ave. It was a plus having parks and walking trails just across the street. The pool was refreshing and the neighbors were all so nice.

My friend and I visited to work on our creative projects-an artist residency for a long weekend. It was the perfect setting. The space was clean, spacious, and private. We loved cooking in the kitchen and working in the common area. The patio was perfect. I highly recommend the space.

This is a beautiful house, amazing view with a TON of DEER and the kitchen is so big! The house is very accurate to the photos. The pool was our savior. My only negative comment for our stay was it was a pretty far hike down very steep rocks to get to the waters edge (which you couldn't swim in due to algae and trees)...but it is a very short 10 min drive to the park where you can get in the amazing crystal clean cool lake! Water shoes are a must at the park area. Other notes: there is a small grocery store about 10 min away, other than that its about 30 min to an HEB or Walmart. Overall a great stay and good place to relax!

Don't hesitate, JUST BOOK IT!!! Michele's house is absolutely beautiful. Located right on the water with each bedroom having a private balcony, it makes for a perfect getaway from the city. Michele had some great recommendations for things to do in the area - restaurants, water activities, etc. My family and I had a wonderful time at Canyon Lake and we hope to be back soon! We had an amazing stay, and we would definitely recommend this Airbnb! Hayley was super accommodating and attempted to resolve any issues we had. The house is a short distance from the downtown area and has a path down to the river. If you want to go in the river, be sure to have some water shoes as the rocks are very slippery entering in.

Me and some girl friends had a girls trip to Canyon Lake and stayed here. It was a beautiful home in a peaceful setting. We enjoyed coffee with the deer each morning. The beds were comfy and the linen's we're soft. Our hosts, we're very helpful and responded quickly to any issueswe had.We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future.

This was our second stay here and it's safe to say, it's going to become a tradition. My family looks forward to spending time in the home together than at the lake. and with my ever expanding family, there's plenty of room here. Bridgette does a wonderful job of making sure we feel at home. There are a lot of extras provided you dont think about until you get there. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, BBQ utensils, plates and silverware. Theres corn hole, an outdoor sound system, a fire pit, rocking chairs.Theres plenty of linens, blankets and pillows for all and all very clean. I can go on and on. Basically, you can arrive and unpack in minutes and be ready to enjoy the place. And if you need anything, Bridgette is very responsive and ready to remedy the situation.

My friends and I do a river trip every year and decided to stay a little further so we could have more privacy. We had a blast, so many memories were made! See you next year Marilyn!😇

This was such a great experience from start to finish! Debbie and Scott were excellent hosts, the house was absolutely beautiful, and the pictures cannot do the house and lake view justice! We had a fantastic stay at Nils’ luxury apartment in Austin. The listing was exactly as described from the photos and descriptions. Nils and Liya were proactive, helpful, and very responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The apartment was spotless, with clean sheets, a HUGE bathroom, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite feature was the rooftop pool which offers a stunning city skyline/lake view and the perfect sunset spot. While this unit doesn't overlook the skyline, it does not take away from the experience. We saved compared to other listings and could still enjoy the views from the rooftop. Plus, catching the sunrise from the lanai each morning was a beautiful way to start the day. Parking was pricey, but we learned that’s typical for Austin. The location was ideal—close to paddle boarding, parks, and great restaurants. We truly felt at home and would absolutely recommend this place. Well worth the price. We’d love to stay again!

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!
