Holiday rentals with lake access in Canyon Lake

We enjoyed our stay here. The washing machine was pretty moldy, but the host immediately sent someone to clean it. Just as advertised, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you!

It’s our second year staying here on our annual float trip, we love the big comfortable couch for hanging out after a long day on the water.

The house was beautiful! The hosts truly thought of everything that you might need and communicated in a very timely manner. We visited lots of things in downtown San Antonio while we were there and the house was a perfect distance from everything we needed. We would highly recommend this house to others!

We had the best MDW at Marys house! If you're contemplating a stay here then jump on it! Her home is so gorgeous, the layout was perfect for 2 families, and the porch and view were nothing short of amazing! Loved that we had access to her garage ans also that the house is on a culdesac. We walked the street several times (wowzer to the hills) and met her neighbor who was super sweet - he gave our kids corn to feed the deer (she provided that as well - the kids had 11 deer at one point) and he gave them permission to use trampoline. Older kids (14, 11 and 9) made the trek down to water the first night there and we did it as a group another time, was doable while backpacking our 2 year old. Canyon Lake (although yes, low which is devistating and i will be praying for it to make a comeback) is just something else! We did comal park one day (its a job to hike down but worth it) and rented a pontoon another - both great experiences. Great stay and would def return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anchor’s Away! Her place was pristine clean! That’s very important to me . She also provided so many things to help her guests: shampoo and conditioner, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, etc. That was such a nice bonus! The view from the porches and the cliff are amazing! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Overall great experience and the pictures of the property do no do it justice. SO CLEAN - and wonderful location. Our family had an amazing time. We switched from another Airbnb and this one blew it away.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The view was really nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Tatiana was a great host—very responsive and made check-in easy. The location was convenient and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay with Delta Vista, they were kind to decorate the apartment special for our honeymoon at my request. The apartment was in great condition and had all the amenities listed, we were comfortable at their place.

We try to stay here every time we come to Austin to visit family and friends. The condo is comfortable, cute and conveniently located. Luiz and Cristina always go out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The apartment was pristine and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the special touches like cocktail set, amazing coffee maker (the first Airbnb I've stayed in that I didn't have to buy coffee for!), sunscreen and toiletries. The host was proactively communicative and provided not only clear instructions but helpful local suggestions. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and fully stocked. The location of the apartment is in a walkable area of downtown Austin and looks out over Town Lake, with easy access to the hike & bike. We also enjoyed the coffee bar/drink bar that is in the lobby. The rooftop pool was a great option for a hot day. Highly recommend this apartment!

This place is absolutely perfect! We had the best weekend here!! Beautiful, clean home. No issues at all. Plenty to do indoors or out. Didn’t have to or want to leave the place. Had HEB deliver groceries first thing! It was a very nice, relaxing stay for us. Gorgeous grounds and location. Kids had a blast in the water and out. We definitely want to be back as soon as we are able! (:

We had a great time, Tom was quick to respond when we were booking, the place was great, brought our dogs and had a really nice time. Right on the water and we had fun fishing from the lower level of the yard. Great outdoor grill and dinning area. Would stay again. Location was great and very convenient to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The setting was peaceful and private—perfect for unwinding. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. We especially loved JPS Wimberley BBQ—it was delicious! And spending time at the river was truly amazing. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this beautiful little cottage over memorial weekend. The cottage is small but so well laid out that actually there’s loads of space and can sleep a family of 4-6 people easily. We enjoyed being by the river, the nice big lawn (we brought a slip n slide) and its nice and quiet but still close to Gruene and New Braunfels. We had a great time. And the cottage is so beautifully decorated and attention to detail to everything. Loved it. Highly recommend it and the hosts were super helpful but we didn’t really need anything.

As I sit here and write this review I'm comparing my pictures that I took to the pictures of the rental and the more disappointed I'm getting. The pictures are nothing like what is shown for outside. The inside of the house was awesome. As for outside the grass was overgrown. The number of chairs that are shown was way less. Not to mention of the two chairs one was broke. Luckily we brought our own chairs. No corn was provided for the deer. I did reach out about the corn and was told it was in the pantry, but there wasn't any there. If you are not going to enjoy the outdoors and plan on staying inside this house is perfect. I wish there was a way to provide my pictures for reference.

Listing was very clean and perfect for what my group wanted. Host was super responsive and answered all our questions within a few minutes. Can’t recommend it enough!
