I’ve stayed at the cottage a few times and every time I can’t fault it. Lee and Kay are ace and the cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’ll be back for sure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

peaceful and quiet. on a farm. Good walks round. Clean and comfortable, Phillips was great. Made sure we were sorted and settled.

Lovely place - quiet, peaceful and right at the border between England and Scotland - the back yard is literally the edge of England. The accommodation is just as advertised. The shower in the ground floor is a rainfall shower - brilliant it was. The best part was Linda though - she was super proactive, genuinely nice and really helped make us feel comfortable. Thank you Linda. Would recommend this place if you are looking at the Scottish Borders as a destination.

We had a great stay at Richard's place. A great size for a family get together with enough space for us to be together but also quiet areas available if needed. Perfect location next to the river with beautiful countryside on the doorstep. Would love to return.
