Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Caniço

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean with fantastic views. Phil was very helpful and responsive when we had any questions. We even had a last minute, unforeseen, change of plans while we were there and he was still very accommodating to our needs. We had rented a car for our stay and found that the apartment was conveniently located as a hub for all of our day trips. There was a grocery store a short drive away and restaurants in the area. The beach at the bottom of the hill was nice (rocky, not sandy) and had some of the clearest water we saw on the island. It was the first time we had been to Madeira and it was everything we had hoped for.

The accommodation was beautifully located in a very quiet location with a breathtaking view. Everything was clean and furnished with love so that you can only feel comfortable from the first moment. It had everything you need, we also loved the many kitchen utensils and the grill, which we used every day. The terrace with whirlpool, lounge, loungers and table were the highlight. We spent a lot of time in the accommodation because we felt so comfortable. Calheta beach is 5 minutes by car and highly recommended. We also found the private parking lot great. Bruno and Maria are very accommodating and also asked how we are and if we need anything. The location was perfect for us, very quiet, lots of privacy and yet we can get everywhere by car. Ideally located accommodation for hiking at the tip of San Lourenço, the environment is very quiet. You can go to town on foot. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. The mattress and pillows are very hard!

It has been sometime since I stayed in a real home-y and cosy house like Betty's. Our whole group (two families with small children ) was very pleasantly surprised by this beautifully decorated home. There were many essentials as well as some offerings by the host readily available. The location(although not very close to the historic center) is fantastic as it is possible to walk to some famous rock pools and a beach, as well as many restaurants, a mall and a supermarket. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

Mannys place is a fantastic find. Manny was the best host I’ve ever come across, extremely responsive, kindly let us drop our bags before check in time as we had an early flight arrival, he even left some local delicacies for us. The place itself is in a fantastic location, right in the centre so you can walk everywhere yet it was still quiet and peaceful. If we visit Madeira again we’ll definitely return. Isabel is a super sweet hostess. She is very helpful. Apartment is also very nice, 2 clean bedrooms, bathroom is in order, very nice. It's nice that the apartment has its own parking space. You have to be careful when driving in because you have to go up a little bit, but all of Madeira is hilly 😂

Hello, José is a welcoming host, his home is very clean and comfortable. We arrived at night and were treated to sandwiches with cake, some eggs, fruits and vegetables, and cold milk. It was nice to stay in this accommodation. 😊

A beautiful, immaculate house with EVERYTHING a guest could hope for. I don’t think we have ever stayed in a house that was so well equipped. It is located quite far from the old Town of Funchal and a bus or taxi ride is essential. If you haven’t been to Funchal before you need to get used to its hilly setting. Some are very steep, but there are plenty buses and taxis both priced very modestly. You will not be disappointed with this house, its pool and stunning views.

We really enjoyed the accommodation! (family of 6 people) This one is well located, a beautiful view, very peaceful and private place. It is very well equipped, heated pool (for €30/day), barbecue available, very spacious and clean. Which makes it a great value. We recommend it!

Carla was a wonderful host! She provided detailed instructions, was responsive to our questions, and the apartment was very well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could need! Enjoying coffee on the deck, overlooking the water, was an unforgettable experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The location is ideal for discovering the island. We drove to Porto Moniz, Fanal, and also the entire east coast. A supermarket (Continental) for shopping is also only 10 minutes away. The warm water actually runs out at some point, but the two of us were able to take a quick shower every day. The dishwasher is a nice plus. This way, you can make even better use of your time on the island. There were also cookies and fresh fruit as a courtesy! Enrique was always available and very helpful. An absolutely stunning space. Janine was incredibly helpful and proactive with setting us up with detailed instructions on how to access everything along with local recommendations. The location was perfect and the space had everything we needed to relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic after the days hikes. Truly a dream airbnb for peace, tranquility, and amazing beauty. We cant rave about this place enough. So grateful for its existence.

The place is really gorgeous. The terrace is the highlight, with barbecue station, outdoor shower and toilet, loungers, table and chairs. The view of the sea is priceless. In the apartment itself, there is nothing missing. Enough storage space, 2 large double beds, a great bathroom and a great kitchen with sea view. From the garage you can take the elevator directly to the penthouse, but also walk around the house. We felt super comfortable, not least because dear Eva constantly took care of us when we once had a question. She is the soul of the accommodation :-) We received many good tips from her, she is very hospitable, flexible and always responded very quickly. We had a wonderful week to celebrate flowers! Thank you Eva!

All was good, like was presented and what we expected. The place was quiet, further from the center, but that wasn't a problem. We can only recommend.

The accommodation convinces with the fantastic view - at breakfast and dinner we enjoyed the view very much! Unfortunately, the nearby main street is louder than expected. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, especially the washing machine we were very happy to use during our longer stay, in the kitchen you can also cook a little more extensively. The apartment is attractively furnished, but in some places it is a bit outdated. The apartment is outside the city, you should definitely have a rental car, but you can reach some great hiking starting points by car a little faster.

We absolutely loved our stay. The seaside view is incredible and relaxing. We loved the access to grocery and restaurants right nearby and it was nice to be close but not right in Funchal with the crowds. Mariana was the best - met us for check in to show us around and sent lovely recommendations for our stay. We loved cooking at the apartment and listening to the sound of the waves. Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret booking this lovely condo!

We loved our week at Nuno's place! The apartment was lovely and bright, we loved to soak in the sun on the terrace. Nuno is very caring host :) Madeira's air is wonderful, and with the terrace door open, the apartment was always filled with fresh air- so good to sleep like that. The terrace is not too windy as well! Just the perfect breeze blowing by. Definitely would recommend the apartment!

We stayed in this apartment as a family of four, and it offered plenty of space and comfort. Amenities like the washing machine, dishwasher, and fast internet made our stay especially convenient. The location is excellent—close to Funchal and attractions on Madeira’s eastern side—and although the apartment faces a busy road, noise was minimal at night. We would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed the individuality of the apartment and the outdoor space . It is up a hill but all good exercise ! The bus stop for the ride to Monte Palace Gardens is close by and makes a lovely day out . Carlos is welcoming and the apartment is lovely and clean .

Impeccable apartment, very clean and consistent with the description. The terrace is simply magnificent, with a beautiful view. Everything is well arranged, you feel comfortable right away. We are delighted with our stay – a real pleasure from start to finish!
