Great place, a real picture of Madeira 👌 The nature surrounding the apartment adds to the charm of this place. Very close to the beach and hiking trails. Contact with the host at a really high level!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean with fantastic views. Phil was very helpful and responsive when we had any questions. We even had a last minute, unforeseen, change of plans while we were there and he was still very accommodating to our needs. We had rented a car for our stay and found that the apartment was conveniently located as a hub for all of our day trips. There was a grocery store a short drive away and restaurants in the area. The beach at the bottom of the hill was nice (rocky, not sandy) and had some of the clearest water we saw on the island. It was the first time we had been to Madeira and it was everything we had hoped for.

Patrícia was helpful and answered all questions in a matter of minutes. Had a quick stay but the house has everything you need. I would stay again.

Carolina and Tiago were very helpful and were always responding to all our queries. They made us a lot of great local recommendations. They also accommodated our request for an early check in.

Great apartment, everything present and clean. Very quick and friendly response Pedro. 2 towels pp we found too few for 10 dg. Had the choice to wash themselves or have extra towels brought. The latter was done the same day! View from balcony is a bit boring, little to experience. Busy street and 12% slope to walk up to the restaurant further up or down to the center. Caniço is not much. We had a rental car every day and 1 x by bus to Funchal (€2.50 pp). Uber back (€16). Park your car on the street. In nearby supermarket Pingo Doce, everything is available, and in the center, a small shop. At the end of the street (up) gas station and pizzeria. Pizza tasted fine, but you don't sit there cozily. We have eaten at Treineira Grill a number of times, which is within walking distance. Just looking for where the waste had to be taken. On floor -1, enclosed space in parking garage, there are containers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tony’s apartment! The view was incredible and there were many restaurants near by! Had no issues with finding parking and everything was easily accessible with a rental car. Would definitely recommend

We stayed here for 9 nights as a couple and were absolutely thrilled. Communication was excellent, even before the booking – friendly, smooth, and very helpful, which gave us a great feeling right from the start. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with high-quality amenities – nothing was missing. A real highlight were the balconies and the stunning rooftop terrace – perfect for relaxing! We were also able to use the parking space after arranging it in advance, which was very convenient. Grocery stores and great restaurants are within walking distance – the location is ideal. We felt completely at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Had a great 5 night stay in the apartment, could have happily stayed longer. It was just as shown/described and lived up to our expectations based on the reviews. The balcony was the perfect place to relax and the views were stunning at night. We could get to everything we wanted in around 10-15 minutes walk. Would happily book again. Thanks for a great stay

We have visited Madeira for long weekend. Flat was very bright, clean and spacious. Nice to seat outside on the balcony with coffee and watch sunset. Despite been above the pizza place and next to the road it was very quiet. We had taxi from airport as no direct bus to the apartment. Taxi was around €20 Bus 155 is going to Funchal and bus stop on the road near the flat block. Busses going in average every hour and cost €2,60 Lovely walks around. Just bear in mind it is a lot of ups and downs. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend flat. All as described and we had very pleasant stay.

The apartment is spacious and offers an impressive panoramic view, which can be enjoyed directly from the sofa. The sofa and beds are really large and offer a high level of comfort. Air conditioning is an essential asset during the summer months. The two bathrooms are an added bonus and the terrace is an excellent location for breakfast or dinner. I would like to express my gratitude for the opportunity to stay at your apartment. It was a memorable experience that will stay with us.

Super host - very responsive and provided excellent recommendations. Great location to explore on foot and by car. Parking no issue, and easy drive to airport. Apartment was tremendous. Balconies allowed us to have breakfast in the sun outside admiring the views. Walk into town about 15 mins down hill - not too strenuous. Lots of Ubers that were inexpensive, so easy to get about. We had x4 full days in Madeira which were full of activities. Palace Gardens and Levarda walks were excellent. Truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

The view from the apartment is spectacular. The area is quiet. However, if you are sensitive to noise when sleeping, it is better to sleep with the window closed. So you don't hear the morning traffic, and neither do the dogs and the rooster in the distant neighborhood. Julie is very helpful and always quick to help when you need something. She had brought pastries and Madeira to welcome them. Please note that the terrace is not connected to the apartment. That is, you have to first get out of the house and then onto the terrace. I was able to park the car comfortably on the property. I will miss the view! I can highly recommend the apartment.

We were pleasantly surprised by José's accommodation: in line with the description, the terrace overlooking the ocean is really very pleasant!(Good moments of relaxation after all these beautiful hikes in Madeira). We found everything we needed in the listing. The bus stop just in front allowed us to go to Funchal without a car. We went everywhere on the island and being 10 minutes by car from the airport, the early departure was easier.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-maintained and thoughtfully set up everything was. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. Every detail was carefully considered, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience. The space was clean, inviting, and exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would gladly return in the future! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! José went above and beyond to make our visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. We made a last-minute booking and afterwards made a request for a baby cot, and they managed to find one for us within just a few hours- something we truly appreciated as traveling with a little one isn’t always easy. Communication was excellent throughout our stay; the host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful with every question we had. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The accommodation was beautifully located in a very quiet location with a breathtaking view. Everything was clean and furnished with love so that you can only feel comfortable from the first moment. It had everything you need, we also loved the many kitchen utensils and the grill, which we used every day. The terrace with whirlpool, lounge, loungers and table were the highlight. We spent a lot of time in the accommodation because we felt so comfortable. Calheta beach is 5 minutes by car and highly recommended. We also found the private parking lot great. Bruno and Maria are very accommodating and also asked how we are and if we need anything. The location was perfect for us, very quiet, lots of privacy and yet we can get everywhere by car. We are glad we booked at this spot! The balcony was wonderful to have and everything was clean. What stood out the most was our very responsive host making sure we got all checked in even while her car was broken down on the side of the road! Despite the emergency, she responded to all our messages promptly and helped us check in. I was extra grateful when I woke up extremely sick from some bad fruit the night before and we were allowed a late check out until I recovered! We even left one of our passports at check out and she made sure the staff kept it safe for us. Very helpful owners, would recommend.

Betty is the top host! She welcomed us with open arms. Very fast to respond, friendly and helpful! We were able to check out in the afternoon and enjoyed our last lunch at home before leaving for the airport. The view of the mountains is breathtaking at day and night time. The apartment is absolutely huge. It was our 3rd visit to Madeira with our elderly mum. She got beautiful bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. Betty also got an armchair for mum so she could relax on the balcony. We had such a comfortable and great stay! highly recommended!

It was a very nice apartment with a lovely terass and outside kitchen facilities. We were out and about during these days and didn't get to use the BBQ or the jacuzzi, and would recommend to stay here longer than two nights to make use of it all. To be clear, it is part of a family house but you barley notice them living next doors. An easy parking spot is included as well.

upon arrival we were very well received by Ana. She explained everything to us and we were even able to arrive a little early at the apartment. She gave us tips for sightseeing, dining, and also told us the nearest supermarket. Ana was at her best!!! The apartment is perfect, there is everything you need even more than we imagined. Thank you for everything! We were able to fully enjoy this beautiful island. And Gabriel spent almost all his evenings in the pool 😄 thank you again from all 3 of us

If I could, I would give to this accomodation and Patricia way more stars :) The flat is perfect. Great location, ocean view, everything was clean, nice and neat. Also those little, but big, details - dimmable light, extra fluffy blanket (not going to spoil more:) Watching stars while in jacuzzi.. Just awesome :) And Patricia is amazing host. Always quick answer, helpful, proactive, friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and I will definitely book this place again, if we ever come back :)

Cristina was a wonderful host, always available with helpful tips and recommendations. The apartment was very clean and tidy, furnished, arranged and equipped in the best of taste. Stunning view, very quiet, even if very near to the expressway, and because of that perfect located to get everywhere easy and quick. Restaurants of all kind available within short driving time. Overall - very advisable!
