Monthly Rentals in Canedo de Basto

This was one of two Airbnb stays we've visited for the second time over the years. This time we felt extremely comfortable with Julio and Irene! This time we were on site for 2 weeks and were therefore able to enjoy the accommodation even more. The pool, the nature, everything convinced us again this time! I spent a glorious month at Maria Celeste’s home. It was simply the best place to reset, connect with nature & rest. I’ve never been to a more peaceful home. Freshly squeezed orange juice (from trees) every morning. Lemons for water. A natural spring to swim off hiking grime. Mountains to climb surrounding the entire home. Lizard & butterfly friends. And so so quiet. Maria Celeste picked me up & drove me to the location. Taxi services available to go to town when needed. I can not recommend staying at this home more. If you need some R’n’R, stay. You won’t regret it.

Carla is an excellent host and the restored mill is a dream by the river. Transparent waters invite you to bathe and have breakfast with your feet in the water. The house is very comfortable and well decorated. The photos can't capture the beauty of the place! The Caneiro restaurant, a few minutes' walk away, is excellent.

Beautifully furnished, clean house equipped with everything you need. The location is extremely quiet, so you have the feeling of being the only house in the area. The complex is very well maintained and the pool is large enough for swimming. Communication with Carla is uncomplicated and friendly, we always had the feeling that we could turn to her in case of problems. We enjoyed every second and there is nothing to complain about. If we choose Portugal again, the accommodation and Carla will be our first choice.
