Benoit is an excellent host and very kind. He sent us the precise instructions and with these we arrived and entered the house super easily. He was attentive and answered any questions we had. A very nice house, inside a private one with security, but what we loved was the tranquility, silence and peace. We slept super well, we rested like never before. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few days of total rest. A very comfortable TV room, the bed in the room is delicious and the bathroom is a spa!! A large pool and garden, we & our dogs enjoy it very much. Highly recommended for spending a few days outside the city, recharging batteries, resting and sleeping deliciously! The house is highly recommended. It is highly functional, with spacious spaces and impeccable cleanliness. The living room is very comfortable, ideal for relaxing or working. For those who work online, as is the case, it is an excellent place: it has good internet, a work table, different types of chairs and a pleasant environment. The kitchen is fully stocked for long stays and is very comfortable. Francisco, the host, was always available and attentive. While the house is spectacular, the village of Chelém is not the best destination for tourists. The streets have quite a lot of trash and construction materials scattered, which affects their appearance. The beaches aren't the best either - they don't have much sand and are not ideal for walking. That said, if the reason for the stay is work or any other reason that doesn't depend on the appeal of the village, this house is just perfect.

excellent location, a really beautiful apartment, we spent 8 days for my husband's recovery and it was amazing to 🫢 wake up and see the lake. Wow, that's priceless, an incredibly beautiful view, we could go for a quiet walk. I felt at home and Charito's attention was wonderful, she was always attentive, and when I had any questions she answered quickly, she was very kind and friendly. Rating 11 out of 10. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay here.

Highly recommended, the area is very safe and the price is affordable. The only bad thing is that it is 25 minutes from downtown.
