Guests have public road access for ATVs to Windrock ATV Park and throughout the City of Rocky Top. You must either bring your own boat OR kayak OR rent our pontoon boat (separate AirBnB link). Shore access can be via our SUP/kayaks once at the house. WIFI only as an $ add on. Park your boat in the covered boat slip and tie up another on the outside without worry as we are in a quiet cove without any traffic.

Spend time relaxing on our back porch overlooking the lake with access to a covered dock including a 10x30 boat slip to house your watercraft. This amazing cottage is conveniently located 3 miles off I-75 from the Rocky Top exit.

Sleeps 5 who are seeking peace, quiet, and tranquility. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until early October.
