No Wake Lake House in Clearwater Cove w/ Dock

Perfect for one or two families (house plus separate apartment). Private dock (single boat slip (10x25x8.5 height clearance) with two jet ski ports w/ a gentle walking slope or 16 feet of stairs. Enjoy a floating mat, 2 kayaks, canoe, paddle board and sun docks all in the safety of Clearwater Cove (a no wake zone). Plenty of private parking on the property with decks/patios, shade, sun, fire pit, quiet cove area and minutes away from three major marinas (Shanghai, Stardust and Sequoyah).
