Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Dawn and her husband were the perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful, and we felt absolutely at home the entire time. The place is as described and with an outstanding deck and view of the lake. The Labrador Retrievers, Toby and Willy, greeted us every morning and became instant friends for our Labrador. We plan to return for another visit when we can take full advantage of boating and fishing on Norris Lake. One of our best Airbnb experiences and we can't give a higher recommendation for our hosts.

John was a wonderful and friendly host. We loved the bagels and OJ and the home was very comfortable and clean. We felt the space was much bigger than the pictures suggested, which was a wonderful surprise. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful natural surroundings, but still very close to freeway access, which was like a little hidden gem. Thank you John for a comfortable stay!

Vickie's private studio was an absolute gem! The pictures truly don't do this place justice; it's even more charming and comfortable in person. We were immediately struck by how peaceful and quiet the apartment was, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of traveling to Knoxville. Vickie herself was an outstanding host and an amazing person – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her place is the gold standard for what every Airbnb experience should be: immaculately clean, well-appointed, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. We cannot recommend this studio enough and will definitely be staying with Vickie again on our next trip to Knoxville!

I am originally from Oneida and every time I come to visit I stay at Safe Haven if available. It is a very clean, comfortable and peaceful place that is only a few short minutes from downtown Oneida. Charles has always been a wonderful and very responsive host.

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

We had a great stay perfect size and we didn’t have any issues finding it everything was clean and in a great location. What really sold us was the covered dock slip it was easy to get in and out. Would definitely stay again.

we stayed with a group of friends for a few days of riding Tackett Creek and Royal Blue. There was room for trailers, buggies and trucks to park. The house is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. There was ample seating and table space for group meals. We enjoyed the back deck and hot tub also. Thanks for everything.

This is a perfect spot to ride sxs, you can hit Subdquist trails (Royal Blue) and Tackett creek. House is perfect location and holds a lot of people

Quick business trip. Can describe Flossie’s in two words - Comfortable and quaint. Everything you need. Decorated for Halloween!! Misty is responsive and helpful. High speed internet was a plus. The house is secluded for peaceful sleep. Front porch perfect place to sit and relax. Location is a good ways from any restaurants - you’ll enjoy the scenery as you venture out.

Always look forward to staying at her place!

As Good as It Gets is Top Notch! Clean, perfect size, beds comfortable - woke up every morning feeling like I was in my own home. Perfect location - walking distance to Old City & Downtown! Price was right! Safe and secure! Central to everything! Waaaaaay better than staying in hotel! Parking everywhere and yes, you have to pay for parking, but 24-hour lot rates are still cheaper than hotel parking charges. As a host, Blake is super friendly. He is extremely helpful and responsive to any inquiry. Check-in/Check-out process easy. Super pleased with whole experience and great value for the three days stay! Hope to stay there again at some point.

Despite the location above a busy intersection and restaurant, was reasonably quiet at night. Through, the periodic train passing through will wake you up each night.

Excellent place to stay, beautiful well designed/decorated duplex in very walkable quiet neighborhood, close to hiking/running trails. John and Amanda were super quick to respond to questions and take care of a small issue we had on the last night. Overall: loved it, would stay again!

Excellent. Beautiful sunrises on clear mornings. Fortunately I’m not from The Villages so I was able to easily understand the very clear instructions provided by the hosts! Highly recommend :)

This location was perfect if you plan to visit the campus. Once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Mary was very attentive to make sure we did not need anything or have any questions. We will definitely be returning!

The location was perfect—just a short walk to excellent restaurants, cafes, and shops, which made exploring the area super convenient. We loved staying here. The place was beautifully decorated and very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Also loved the location downtown. We were within walking distance of several places we needed to visit. We noticed some restaurants on our walk that we will have to try the next time. There is a lovely soda fountain next door that has great ice cream. However, even though it is located downtown, the place was extremely quiet. We definitely will consider this airbnb the next time we travel to Sevierville.
