Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

The Farmhouse

Relax with the whole family or bring your Atvs to enjoy our beautiful mountains, or your boat to enjoy our beautiful Norris Lake. All of this within a 2 miles access. Enjoy the view of the mountain foliage from the front porch with your coffee. This family friendly home is decorated with a warm southern style you will love. We have two bedrooms, one king and one queen. Fully furnished kitchen, one full bath, relaxing cozy living room, washer and dryer! We would love to share our home with you.

This is a very cute cottage style home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. You are very close to marinas and public access boat docks, within 5 minutes, as well as ATV trails. You can drive your ATV's directly to the trail accesses without taking the trailer. Minutes to Tackett Creek as well as other access points. We are within 5 miles of a brand new public boat launch with extensive parking as well as close to Powell Valley Resort 5 miles, Springs Dock 6.3 miles and Sugar Hollow 11 miles.

3 Bedroom Country home with RV Barn w/power

Boating, jet skiing or tubing on Lake Norris, fly fishing or kayaking the Clinch River, navigating the ATV trails, & shopping the Bates Sisters Boutique all just 10 minutes from your cozy country cottage. Park your RV under our cover w/power (extra charge). Enjoy smores at the firepit as the sun sets on the ridge just west of your retreat. Kids will enjoy the large fenced yard as you cook the steaks on the large gas grill. Enjoy a restfull sleep and be ready for a new day of adventure.

Nice home close to the trails and the lake.

You will have the wonderful convenience of unloading your trailer & riding to the trails. We are located 4 minutes off exit 134. You can be at The Flats on Windrock in 30 minutes, The Eternal Flame on Windrock in about 45 minutes. Nemo Tunnel and Brushy Mountain Prison is about a 15 hour round trip. Royal Blue is conveniently less than 20 minutes. There you will find, The Top Of The World, Widow Maker, & many others. Travel about 20 minutes farther down Royal Blue to Tacket Creek.

Our outdoor living spaces are unmatched and with just a gentle slope down to the water, you can enjoy cornhole in the yard, floating in the water, roasting marshmallows in the firepit, or just relaxing on the covered deck. Inside, the house is equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal and rest your head after a day in the sun! Park your boat in the covered boat slip and tie up another on the outside without worry as we are in a quiet cove without any traffic.

Newly renovated, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is family-friendly. Sleeps up to 12. Near marinas. Kitchen is fully equipped to make gourmet meals. Home has many nice extras. Great outdoor living space with a screened-in back deck, firepit, and 3-tiers of decking leading to our floating dock with slip, kayaks, life jackets, floating Lilly pad.

This home has a king over king bunk bed with its own full size bathroom in one room. The second room has a king size bed also with a full size bathroom. The couch in the living room turns into a bed also. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need . You can ride your sxs from our property to numerous trails.
