Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Camberwell

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

A beautiful comfortable apartment. Clean, airy and spacious. Good heating for the Melbourne chilly evenings. We appreciated the thoughtful extra items in the fridge, pantry and bathroom. It felt safe and the street was quiet. Parking at the rear was easy. You do need to access a flight of stairs to get to the front and back doors. We have stayed in many apartments in Kew/Hawthorn over the last 5 years and this is one of the best so far. Thank you Marie and Lex!

Locations was great as had trams and the train station right nearby to access the City and also Prahan Markets. We loved having the kitchen and all appliances available to cook a meal. Despite being near the train line and a major road there was no noise inside the apartment at all. Loved the little balcony in the morning as well, as we saw some hot air balloons go by one morning. If we come back we’ll definitely stay again!

Maurie’s accommodation was perfect. Very homely, close to public transport, a beautiful cafe at the end of the street which was perfect for breakfast. It had all we needed and the king size bed was to die for! Maurie was easily contactable and checked that we had successfully booked in and asked if there was anything we needed from him. We will definitely be staying at Maurie’s on our next trip to Melbourne!

Maria's apartment was fantastic. Great location, comfortable and had everything we needed. Maria was responsive, easy to deal with and flexible. I would highly recommend Maria's apartment to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to stay in the Glen Iris, Malvern East area.

This place was a perfect stay for two people. Walking distance to shops, cafes and chapel street. This place had all amenities we needed, and Susan was quick to message back if I had any questions. Would happily stay again.

My now husband and I stayed here for our wedding and the house was absolutely stunning!!! much larger than I expected (e.g high ceilings) so much character, loved every detail and ended up with some beautiful photos with the fireplace and arched hallway ceilings. we did our first look on the porch and it was such a a vibe. everything was clean and Jing was super responsive and helpful, she was able to accommodate what I needed in preparation for the wedding which made the whole experience stress free so our focus would just be focusing on our big day. other than the gorgeous home, we were able to walk to junction to get food and groceries with ATM, chemist, Aldi and Kmart about 10 min walk. quiet neighborhood. Thank you so much! Our photos and videos turned out everything we wanted and more which is due to the overall aesthetic and essence we were after 💖

What an incredible location and house for our wedding weekend. Ted and Min were lovely to communicate with and helpful whenever we needed them. Gorgeous property!

We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I was staying here for about 3 months for my placement here. It was so so so good. Could’ve never asked for more. The place felt so homely.. leaving the place already make me miss the melb and the home so much. Eliza was really very accommodating, helped us navigate and prepared the house perfectly for us. I came here for a student exchange and was very new to Melbourne but the house made me feel so welcoming and comfortable. I would really highly highly recommend airbnb-ing here if you want a good experience of a peaceful neighbourhood that is also nearing to the city but away from all the busy streets. Eliza is really kind and friendly🥺💕 The place is perfect for family , couples , students or anyone actually.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The place is finished to a very high standard, with stylish decor and top quality touches throughout. It was also spotlessly clean, which made it feel extra comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic and within easy walking distance to the tram, great cafes, and yoga and Pilates studios. It’s also not far from larger shops and a supermarket, which was super convenient. Parking onsite is an added bonus. Amy was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great location and neighbourhood. A few minutes’ walk to St. Kilda beach. The house is cozy with a lot of sunlight. Nice decor.

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

Peter was communicative from the initial reservation to final check out; from walking through the apartment door and seeing the stunning view to every part of the visit we were happy with our visit and would definitely book again - shame it’s not available for Christmas week. The unit is close to Fitzroy’s coffee shops, bars and such but its location is peaceful and surrounded by wonderful trees and greenery. It’s cosy and as described in the listing. As well as the local area it was a great base for exploring Melbourne as a whole. Rebecca always replied quickly and she acted appropriately when we discovered a maintenance issue. Two recommendations right on the doorstep: Slowpoke coffee (including the best banana bread); and the tour of the Royal Exhibition Building from the Melbourne Museum.
