The apartment was easy to get to and in a nice quiet block. it had everything we needed and Kelly and Lincoln had great communication. Thanks for a great stay.

Great little apartment, comfortable and quiet. Comfortable bed and the place was extremely clean and tidy. Tram stop out the front and train station a short walk down the road. Communication was great and the added car park space was a bonus. Would love to stay again, we enjoyed our stay.

Deb’s place and communications were warm and welcoming, perfect location for our needs. Restaurants, Cole’s and Cabrini Malvern hospital all within a short walk.. great location and stay. Would definitely book with Deb if I’m down that way again.

Locations was great as had trams and the train station right nearby to access the City and also Prahan Markets. We loved having the kitchen and all appliances available to cook a meal. Despite being near the train line and a major road there was no noise inside the apartment at all. Loved the little balcony in the morning as well, as we saw some hot air balloons go by one morning. If we come back we’ll definitely stay again!

Great location and views. We enjoyed our stay in the modern apartment. Only letdown was the freezer did not work but hopefully that is fixed now. Host was responsive and helpful.

Sanjee’s place is well set up for a short or long stay and she has created a peaceful and comfy home. We loved the location - it is close to transport options, easy to find and some great restaurants and cafes nearby.

amazing little gem in Toorak village. Walking distance to some amazing restaurants: cofee and shopping mall / banks etc . Leah was so helpful and proactive. She allowed 2 hours of late checkout without any extra cost. Parking overnight and Sundays easier - at other times needs to be a bit cautious of timings. Main road traffic could be quite tight but could be easily bypassed if you take beautiful little by roads. Will stay again and again if I come back

We loved our stay at Elly's place, it is in a great location withing walking distance of really nice bars, cafes & pubs. Elly's recommendations were spot on and didn't disappoint. The apartment is cozy, private and super quiet. It's within 5 minutes of the tram stop or train station so really convenient for getting into the city. Elly responded immediately when I had any questions. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Melbourne.

Jo's place was beautiful, exactly as described and felt right at home. Check in was also easy. Jo was super responsive and communication was easy. Would book again!

David’s apartment was fab. I was there for 2 weeks and felt like a true local. It’s such a cool building with the large ceilings and warehouse vibe. It’s steps away from the station, right next to all the great eats of Swan st and just such a great vibe. Despite its proximity to the hustle and bustle, it’s mostly a quiet place, with the usual day-to-day sounds from the upstairs neighbours now and then. It’s an old building so it’s to be expected. It was pretty chilly weather when I stayed but the reverse cycle warmed it pretty well. Also it’s really equiped for long term stays. The washer/dryer was fab, great kitchen and Coles is 5 mins walk away so you’ve got groceries close by. Oh and Hectors Deli is 1 mins away, great for Sunday pastries and coffee! Thanks for the stay David.

Dan & Paul’s stay is a cozy, very well located and they are always very responsive on messages. Check in was smooth and quick, and for us in a business trip, we could walk to the convention centre and back with such good views and everything around us walk in distance Thanks guys, will staying over again next time. Thank you for leaving the coffee machine ready to use when we arrived - that was a welcome touch. It was in a perfect location for us as our daughter lives in the same apartment block. It is in a good location right opposite Victoria Gardens Shopping Mall, lovely Yarra River walks, tram across the road, and getting Ubers to/from your apartment was also very easy.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

Kim’s apartment was cozy and spacious! The facilities that came with the apartment were fantastic! The location of the apartment was also convenient with multiple tram services at the stop right infront of the building. Overall, it was a great stay! 😊

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯
