An unforgettable house and I will definitely return. Place in a sensational condominium with a cold and heated swimming pool infrastructure with the daily cost of R$30.00 per person but being able to use all day, option when there are no scheduled tours. The House is complete, large, beautiful and large outside area, hospitalization, kitchen, living room, bathrooms and large rooms, A Maria always willing to help us in every way. We were well served by both Maria and the condominium where I made friends with people. There's indoor bakery, you can walk, the Pet was comfortable in the house and the condominium with daily walks and also when we left. Excellent in everything, I recommend this home.

My experience was excellent! The accommodation is impeccable, very comfortable and well-equipped. The condominium is beautiful, with incredible pools and an excellent structure. The host was super attentive and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Another positive point is the location: there are nearby restaurants, a supermarket next door, and the downtown square of Caldas is only 1 km away, which makes it much easier. In addition, the service of the condominium employees was excellent. I highly recommend it and I will definitely return!

The stay was great. The place is easy to find, the check in was quick. The apartment is clean and compliant with the photos, the kitchen has all necessary utensils and the spacious and clean bathroom. I did not use the pool area, but I recommend the apartment, even at the next opportunity I will return. Point to improve: The only difficulty was the parking lot, as it is very crowded and we were unable to park inside the hotel, the car spent the days and nights on the street (This is not for the hostess, only with informative content).

It was the third or fourth time that I rent the apartment of Dona Marcia, as always very attentively and capricious in every detail of her beautiful apartment, ideal for those who seek comfort and practicality because Caldas Novas to the FDS is difficult to park and her apartment is a few meters away from everything including the night fair, that is... leave the car in the garage. This time we went with the new baby member of the family and Mrs. Marcia surprised me with tips and ideas for better stay due to not having a crib, but in the end it was not missed due to the facilities and items in her apartment. we will return soon and I'm sure I know where we will stay.

The place is as shown in the photos... in the kitchen you can make some meals...market nearby, including an Asai 1km away...the hotel has several heated pools...well-kept place and at night the city center with several restaurants...shops...bars...about 2 km away. I liked the stay!!

Equal environment described by all, a place to go with family and friends if you want to relax, avoid that crowding of 300 people from the other condominiums that have many buildings and the swimming pools dirty with sunscreen that gives disgust to enter, this environment is very calm and cozy, people who reside there and those who are only passing through are very polite, the only bad point is not to eat on the outskirts of the pool, but this is standard condominium, but it has a community refrigerator in the area that everyone can use, making it not necessary to carry thermal boxes for the space.
