The apartment is perfect, all brand new, full kitchen, great showers and comfortable beds. We were by car and it was easy to get to the mall, the fair and the markets. The condominium is wonderful, not the desire to leave the building, complete gym, (Need to pay 10.00 per day to use) game room and impeccable pools. I just missed an iron and air-conditioning in the living room, the rooms have air-conditioning .(The city is very hot) As we stayed 5 daily bed and bath linens were included. I thought this was great because most of the locals have to rent. At check In you need to pay for the bracelet, I did not pay attention if this information was passed 15.00 each bracelet. One of the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, was worth a lot. Our days were perfect!

location is great, flat is simple and has no swimming pools but they have an agreement with the club next door, the good part is that the condominium is quiet, close to everything and impeccable reception service.

My wife and I have stayed at Residencial Casa da Madeira a few times. It was the first time we stayed at this Cleyde unit. The apartment is excellent, as shown in the photos, very clean, air-conditioned in the bedroom and living room. It has a full kitchen (filter with cold water, air fryer, cook top, microwave, among other portable electronics and kitchen items that make the stay easier). The condominium has a family atmosphere, is very organized and well located.
