Stylish (industrial style) and comfortable apartment for couples and families. It has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning, 1 of which is a suite. New building with new furniture and utensils. It has an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed and bath linens. Amazing view. The apartment is located in Capitólio, 6 minutes from Escarpas do Lago and 6 minutes from restaurants and the city center. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance.

Our ranch is on the banks of the charming sea of mines, located in São José da Barra,but very close to the main sights of Capitólio,a cozy,brand new and complete house to welcome our guests, incredible gourmet area,equipped,with barbecue,stove,fridge and even a brewery all this with the most beautiful view. It accommodates up to 12 people distributed in 3 bedrooms, being an en-suite with a balcony and also a view of Rio. There is a boat with motorboat rides,exiting our float.

The house is wonderful and exactly as we see in the photos. All rooms have air conditioning, a wonderful view and the house is beautiful and well equipped. Deusa, the lady who helped us check in is extremely kind and concerned with giving the necessary guidelines and recommendations. It is well worth the stay.

A beautiful accommodation, with a wonderful sunset view and access to the lake. The outdoor space of the inn is very pleasant to stay in. Cafe Breakfast well served. Cris and Fernando's service was great. I stayed in apartment 4, where you can hear the noise of the pool engine room, but we went to the outside and enjoyed the place, without problems.

Me and my family were delighted with this ranch! Whenever we need information, we've had quick replies. The house is charming and everything is very clean and organized! The photos show how the house is and the outside area, the house had super positive updates on the furniture of the rooms, all very well prepared to welcome us. Super attentive and helpful Larissa e Adalgiso! For sure we will come back more often, have been wonderful days and we will never forget. I rated it 5 stars because it's the most, but the experience we had we would rate a lot more! Show!
