The apartment is even better than in the photos and the location is excellent as it is possible to do practically everything on foot. Miriam was very helpful and everything in the condominium took place without any problems!

Gabriel's apartment is of great size, air-conditioning in the double room is great and the condominium service is also excellent, who does not want to, nor need to go to the stove during the stay because the food is good and at a fair price. Gabriel was very attentive and flexible both at check in and out! I highly recommend 🥰

Very good apartment, just like in the photos, accommodates up to 4/5 people well. Very close to Hot Park and the main street (shops), we walked every day. Strengths: safe condominium. Large and well-equipped apartment. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room. good and clean bed and bath linens. Next to Hot Park. The only thing missing, in my opinion, was a water filter (even if it was those made of clay) and not having a tank to wash clothes or even a floor cloth, but these are small details that do not discredit the stay. note: because it was parallel to a main avenue, it was a little noisy sometimes (cars and motorcycles). if you want cost benefit, you can go without fear!

We had a great stay at Joscelem's place. We met all our expectations. The location is excellent, close to bakeries, supermarkets and the mall. The condominium's pools are great and you can even bring your own food and drinks. Joscelem is a very easy person to deal with, quick to respond, polite and flexible. It allowed us to check out later.

The house was extremely clean and organized, with bedding available (very clean too), the house offers all the necessary utensils, there are 5 great rooms, the pool is heated and close to the lake! Our stay was amazing, we will definitely be coming back!

An unforgettable house and I will definitely return. Place in a sensational condominium with a cold and heated swimming pool infrastructure with the daily cost of R$30.00 per person but being able to use all day, option when there are no scheduled tours. The House is complete, large, beautiful and large outside area, hospitalization, kitchen, living room, bathrooms and large rooms, A Maria always willing to help us in every way. We were well served by both Maria and the condominium where I made friends with people. There's indoor bakery, you can walk, the Pet was comfortable in the house and the condominium with daily walks and also when we left. Excellent in everything, I recommend this home.

The house is great, all integrated space, the Suites and bathrooms are good sizes, has all the necessary infrastructure, the heated pool is warm, everything is great!

It is very close to the main entrance of Caldas and Atacados. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, it has a beautiful and well-maintained garden. The balcony is all enclosed with glass, very safe for those who have pets. Very attentive and helpful host. We had a great family vacation stay. I highly recommend it!!

I loved the apartment, cozy, well-equipped, excellent location, I went to the center on foot, a 3-minute walk. I liked the Royal park, excellent structure, they are very demanding as to the rules, which for me is great, there is no mess. family environment and with many elderly people. no sound is accepted except from the club. the pools are great, practically all with hot water. I will definitely stay in the apartment again.

The GPS of the app sent us to a location that had no hotel. Because we don't have the address , we were afraid. I couldn't communicate with the hostess on my cell phone, but we were able to share the other guest. Immediately she answered and gave us the address. It was the only drawback. The accommodation was quiet and corresponds to what was offered.
