Yes I would take into account the issue of hot water outside of the summer season as the deposit is small and is just for the people who can stay in the house. Even so, everything was perfect and I would repeat without a doubt.

This is simply a perfect place with a stunning view from the balcony and a nice pool. It is also close to several very nice beaches. The appartment is fully equipped with amenities and nicely decorated. Laura is a friendly host who answers quickly and provides useful information. Greatly recommended!

We spent 4 days with my family and my dog, and the truth is that everything was perfect. The place is super nice and very well located and very well located. A few minutes away there are beaches for dogs, and if you don't go with a pet, there are also beautiful coves to enjoy. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. Sylvain was an excellent host: always attentive, available and willing to help with whatever was needed. We loved the experience and will definitely be back soon!
