The stay was wonderful, because the location convinces and also the beautiful view. We felt well taken care of and safe. Baptiste was a very courteous host. We were completely satisfied and would also be happy to come back.

Stayed at Philiberts for week was lovely and clean, our host was very helpful on check in arrived early allowed us to check in earlier as the apartment was ready & very helpful with recommendations & buses to catch, only 10 minutes walk to old town, great location, would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the deck and being close to the beach and great restaurants. We would definitely come again.

Fantastic location in Cannes, walkable to the sea and shops nearby. Perfect for a large group (9 of us) and the flat is extremely well stocked with all the essentials. Remy has also been great and responsive to any questions we had before we arrived. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

We arrived, and the host was already there waiting for us. There is a private parking lot, and you can also walk to the beach. Very clean, tidy and very well furnished house. The accommodation has two bathrooms. The area is very peaceful. The host speaks French, excellent English and also gets by in Italian. When I return to Nice, this accommodation will definitely be my only choice. Highly recommended.

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. The place is just magical, a BREATHTAKING view from the bedroom and terrace, and on our arrival there were very nice little touches like a bottle of rosé, coffee capsules... thank you again for this moment.

Fantastic place and hosts! We got in very late (1am) due to delayed flights. Nonetheless the hosts were communicative, friendly, and patient. Greeted us at the gate upon arrival even though it was so late at night. The garden outside is magical. The kids loved playing there, seeing the fish pond and plants and pet rabbit. The location is excellent for walking to a nearby beach club or public beach. It’s also super quiet at night, important for light sleepers like my wife. The place is charming, well set-up, beautifully decorated, a pleasure. Thank you for having us!!

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. The accommodation really met everything we needed. It was important to have a parking space for the house because we traveled by car. But the closed garage has a very narrow space. If you are hesitant about parking, this process may be challenging for you. I was lucky that my husband was a professional driver. I would recommend that you consider this. Great location of the house. You can walk down to the city center in 13 minutes. It is safe on the main street. The interior of the house is full of wooden decorations and arrangements. The fact that it is wooden causes a little sensitivity in terms of smell. I am a sensitive person, so I notice this. If you're not the type to hang out, that's fine. There is an approach in hotel professionalism. White linens and towels were clean. Only a few places were dusted off :). For the exit process, you must first take your car out of the garage and leave the keys back at the house. This situation is a bit challenging and wastes time. This process takes over 20 minutes, it is not practical.

I enjoyed the stay. Easy access to Monaco. Simple walk to restaurants and beach. The train is near by. You can rent a scooter a few blocks away. Great bakery, pharmacy and police station just down the road. Felt very safe. The view is picturesque! Super easy to get Ubers. I’d stay there again!
