I spent one month in Esther's flat, and I'm happy with my experience. First, Esther is very friendly, gave me great recommendations for places and villages to visit in the area, and where to buy some specific products I needed, and she was texting from time to time if I need anything or if I feel comfortable in the flat. I felt comfortable in the flat. It is spacious, well equiped, modern design and equipemts, the bed is comfortable, the windows help with outside noise insulation, and the flat keeps a good temperature inside. There are several supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants at few minutes walk. There is a mall and premium cinema in the town at 20min walk; and a sport club at 10min. The bus station is at 1min walking from the flat and the train station at 7min. It is easy to go to Santander, and well connected to villages and towns if you want to be in nature, hike, or discover the region.

New apartment, cozy, well furnished and with everything you need. The area is very quiet with plenty of room to park the car. There is a supermarket a hundred meters away and a shopping mall very close by. Although it is a little far from the center, moving with the car is easy and in just five minutes you are in the center. I would definitely repeat the experience of staying in this apartment because we were really comfortable.

Juan was very attentive, we had a spot of bother and he was immediately able to help us and sent a guy round to fix the problem immediately. the place is cosy, top floor and with the windows open has a really nice breeze, ventilation we didn't need any Aircon although it's an option. lots of little cafes and bars nearby and bus stop very close a short 10 to 15 mins to town. great host, and easy parking round the corner.
