We love the stay. Apartment met our needs, spacious, super-cut, and very clean. Great location, close to the beach and the feirinha. The very friendly and attentive host.

I simply loved the flat, everything was very well organized and totally complete. I felt super comfortable, not to mention the balcony that has an incredible view and a very good space. Cláudia is very friendly and very attentive, she always answered my messages very quickly! I simply loved it.

excellent the depto, very clean and quiet at night . we were able to dine quietly around the neighborhood without feeling uncomfortable. thais was available all the time. we don't need help as everything was spectacular in the apartment. would come back many more. hopefully soon I can take this depto for other vacations.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Very well located, in front of Praia do Forte, with easy access to other beaches and several restaurants, which greatly facilitated our tours and meals. The property is spacious, well furnished and perfectly met our needs throughout the stay. I would also highlight the excellent service of the host and owner, which was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning. It showed great proactivity and partnership by kindly anticipating our check-in and relaxing the check-out time, which made all the difference for our trip. I highly recommend the stay and we will certainly return at a next chance!

We had a wonderful stay in this property! The place is exactly like in the pictures — clean, well cared for, comfortable and with everything working perfectly. The location is also excellent beachfront and close to the promenade neighborhood, which facilitated the tour of the island of Japanese. The host was super attentive and helpful from start to finish, always available to ask questions and help us wherever we were needed. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend with our eyes closed to those looking for a quiet and welcoming place to spend a season.

Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference. He was always attentive to every query or need that arose, which made us feel very welcome and cared for throughout the stay. Undoubtedly the best thing was the location: really unbeatable, close to everything we needed and with easy access to the main points of interest. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, comfortable, clean and well equipped for a pleasant stay. We 100% recommend staying at this place, and would definitely come back on an upcoming visit. The wonderful place, identical to the photos in the ad, everything very tidy and clean, the only issue we had was when we arrived that the air controls had no battery and just above the apartment they were doing construction work. You have to consider that the place is far from the center of Buzios, so if you don't go by car, Uber trips (which do arrive at the Airbnb) are more than 25 minutes. But everything else was wonderful, the place had a small market with basic things in case you were missing something. I'd be happy to come back

The space is super cozy and the great location, the place to enjoy the whole day of the beach with tranquility and comfort. Within the condominium there is hambúrgueria , restaurant, beverage distributor and very close to it has supermarkets. The house has an equipped kitchen, fans, barbecue, sound box, tv with Netflix. Also, for those who want to stroll to other places, it is possible to go to the Mirante do Pai Vitório which has a breathtaking view and is about a 25-minute drive from the site. Nathalia is an extremely friendly and friendly host, responded quickly and always willing to assist us with what was needed during our stay. It's super worth spending time there, we're already looking forward to getting back with our friends and family.

It has details in each of its corners from the kitchen to the large quincho-terrace next to the pool. It is an excellent place to be with family and friends. We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Exceptional! House with large, clean environments and very good tasteful decoration. Quiet Condominium with breathtaking view and quick access, on foot, to Geriba Beach. Giuliana and Daniela extremely kind. Edna, the helper and cook , makes up the soul of the house. It was well worth it and we want to go back!

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back.

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and easy. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

Our stay at Francisco's place was great! The host showed very kindness, as did Chris who welcomed us very well. Communication with both was very easy and a highlight for us was the flexibility at check in. The building was impeccably clean and smelling, as was the bed linen. All very organized and the decoration with very refined details. The space is equipped with everything we need to be away from home. Another strong point for me is the fact that Francis offers bed and bath linens. The place is very quiet and very airy as it runs a gentle breeze night and day.

Fabio is an excellent host, always willing to listen and help us. The place is perfect, close to everything! We don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything, except the market. We only missed having bed linen included in the price (you can pay separately) and dishcloth and floor cloth. But nothing that can't be taken from home. We'll be back for sure!

The place is magical! Direct contact with nature and peace! It is a few minutes from the city, in a charming place, much better than in the photos. There were some mosquitoes, but nothing an insecticide couldn't solve. The hosts are wonderful and super attentive. We really liked it and we intend to return to this paradise!
