I had an excellent stay! The place is exactly the same as in the pictures: clean, organized and very welcoming. The private pool was a highlight — perfect for relaxing with privacy and comfort. The location is practical and safe, ideal for those who want to rest with peace of mind. Reginaldo was extremely attentive and helpful from the start, always available to ask questions and ensure a good experience. I highly recommend it for sure!

The stay was wonderful, the host responded quickly, and answered all my questions. The only observation is that the house itself does not have a garage, “it is in a private parking lot” included. However, my boyfriend wanted the parking inside the house. But, there is a solution, the parking was very safe. The city itself is very safe too! Nothing to complain about. The host was even very flexible with my schedules, with everything. It was very worthwhile because it is very close to everything, close to Pontal do Atalaia, Praia Grande, everything… Supermarkets, restaurants, bars… Location is perfect. I hope to be back soon ❤️😎

Staying at Vera's house was like staying in the heart of Lumiar. The attention to every detail, the warm welcome and the energy of the place made the experience go far beyond a simple stay. The house is cozy, well cared for, full of soul and with a view that calms the chest. You can feel that everything there was prepared with care — from the comfortable bed to the tips on what to do in the region. And Vera… ah, Vera! She is not just a host, she is like a guardian of the tranquility of this little piece of the world. Attentive, available and with that way that makes us feel at home, even away from home. We return with a light body and a cleansed soul. As Beto Guedes sings, “that's where I want to be.” And without a doubt, we want to go back.

The place is magic, simply a spectacle. The best descriptions do not represent the beauty and peace of the place. Fatima is an incredible and always attentive human being. It was a gift to know her. Our stay was wonderful, we enjoyed a magic week in this special corner. We'll be back again and again for sure. What we took in the bag on the return were memories and anxiety to return as soon as possible.

Good location to rest peacefully

The stay was very peaceful, I thought it was great to have a beach in the condominium! Everything was clean and new in the accommodation, great shower, complete and functional kitchen, which allowed us to make meals according to our taste!! My boyfriend and I were very well settled in and felt at home … only gratitude ❤️🥰

Rafael is a great host. Very attentive! The house is exactly like in the pictures. Everything was very organized and clean. The house has a lovely sea view. The condominium is great, very safe especially for children. Quiet beach practically private. Our stay was wonderful. We have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back more often.

Bruno was a great host, super flexible, and gave us precious tips on fishmongers, local commerce, etc. My partner and I felt super at home in your cottage. It has privacy and a very magical contact with nature.
 It is worth mentioning that we were surprised by the good taste of the cottage, it is even more beautiful in person than in the photos of the advertisement. I couldn't have had a better experience! The property is beautiful, surrounded by nature, with a natural water pool and barbecue — it looks like a movie setting! Every morning, my partner and I drank coffee outdoors, enjoying that space. The experience of entering the pool is also wonderful for those who like cold water and waterfall. The house is super cozy, with a warm water bathroom and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave and more). Ideal for those who want to rest, enjoy nature and not need to leave. Not to mention the host! Rodrigo is very kind, kind and breaking, he is still a friend! Since the first contact, he was helpful and answered all the questions, in addition to giving us great tips from the city and making himself available to pick us up and take to the bus station. I will return many times!

Perfect Hosting! The cottage is beautiful ! Thaís is extremely attentive, it gave me tips on absolutely everything in the region, from places for lunch/dinner to sights for visitation. Nearby the chalet has a grocery store that sells anything you need. Residents of the EXTREMELY EDUCATED region. Extremely clean and cozy place. Full privacy! The Road to arrive quietly and the road is very easy. Recommended …

Everything met expectations, home in a well booked and safe place, it's kind of hard to find, but after you think it's just joy, the markets of the region (Extra and Multimarket) deliver the market purchases, Zé Delivery and Ifood deliver drinks, it's super quiet. I just have a little note to make in relation to the house, I think there could be a WIFI repeater in the pool area and gourmet, as the crowd was kind of challenging to use the Internet (Wi-Fi) and the mobile internet (TIM, CLEAR and ALIVE) do not work well on site. That's it, everything else was fine, we will definitely come back, Araruama is our 2nd house!

Our experience at this home was simply exceptional! The location is one of the great highlights - extremely convenient, with easy access and a flat and spacious parking area. The proximity to the center allowed us to do pretty much everything on foot, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The structure of the house is impeccable and perfectly matches the listing description. All environments are very well-equipped and complete, offering all the comfort needed for a perfect stay. A special differential is the breathtaking view, which makes every moment even more special. The house is in excellent condition, very well cared for and clean. We found everything exactly as described on the listing, with no unpleasant surprises. The space is cozy and welcoming, ideal for both moments of rest and for enjoying the city. All great! the place is beautiful, feeling of total tranquility. The cottage is very beautiful and cozy, it was super clean and fragrant. The hosts were not there when we arrived, but we were greeted by Mrs. Rosali, who was very kind and helpful.
