Our stay was wonderful! Marcelly answered us always quickly and took all our doubts. The space is very beautiful and cozy.

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Exceptional! House with large, clean environments and very good tasteful decoration. Quiet Condominium with breathtaking view and quick access, on foot, to Geriba Beach. Giuliana and Daniela extremely kind. Edna, the helper and cook , makes up the soul of the house. It was well worth it and we want to go back!

Our holiday was excellent, the house is wonderful. We were in a group of family and friends (07 adults and 4 children), and we were delighted with the house. It is in a condominium near Dunas de Peró beach, super, quiet and quiet, the children played on the street quietly. The villa is all equipped with kitchen items, bedding, bath, airy, clean, organized, large and tasteful. There's TV, Netflix, barbecue front pool. The rooms have air conditioning and great showers. One suite is on the ground floor and another on the second floor. E has two bedrooms that share one bathroom. In the garage there are 4 cars but on the street you can park without problems. Silvio and Priscila are super helpful, they respond quickly and made several nominations and removed all our doubts. We were appointed a wonderful person to cook and keep the house clean (Thalita), a hyper well kitchen, as well as being friendly and discreet. It was a sensational Easter, super recommend and I hope to return.

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and easy. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

The stay was amazing! The space is cozy, well located and exactly as in the photos. The host was super attentive, quickly responded to every message, and was always available to ask questions. A special highlight goes to the service of the chef, which further elevated the experience. I highly recommend it!

I and my family spent 6 very pleasant days in the house, which faithfully corresponded to the pictures. All very well taken care of and kept in the house, the reception upon arrival, in short... Priscilla and Sérgio are excellent hosts and we hope to return in the future.

The space is super cozy and the great location, the place to enjoy the whole day of the beach with tranquility and comfort. Within the condominium there is hambúrgueria , restaurant, beverage distributor and very close to it has supermarkets. The house has an equipped kitchen, fans, barbecue, sound box, tv with Netflix. Also, for those who want to stroll to other places, it is possible to go to the Mirante do Pai Vitório which has a breathtaking view and is about a 25-minute drive from the site. Nathalia is an extremely friendly and friendly host, responded quickly and always willing to assist us with what was needed during our stay. It's super worth spending time there, we're already looking forward to getting back with our friends and family.

Lydia's house is a sight to behold! Wonderful place, calm and with a surreal view. The house was impeccable and with countless kitchen utensils at our disposal. The rooms are very pleasant and comfortable, the pool gets a lot of sun, and at night the lights in the tree make all the difference, a total charm. Lydia is an excellent host and we will definitely be back!

Christian was very helpful even while traveling, communication was great and he helped us whenever necessary.

I had an excellent experience at Marcos' residence! The house is very comfortable, clean and well organized, with all the necessary items for a quiet stay. Marcos responded quickly to the messages and made himself available. The location is a little far from the beach of the fort, about 10 to 15 minutes by car from the beach. I suggested the option of placing a larger capacity coffee bottle and Marcos would arrange it. I definitely recommend the accommodation and would stay again!"

Patrícia and her husband were super helpful, they welcomed us almost at dawn due to the traffic we got caught in. Because we arrived so late, Patricia gave us two more bonus hours to check out to enjoy the accommodation a little more. Amazing! PERFECT full Jacuzzi! Worth every penny!

The stay was perfect! Felipe was a super attentive and communicative host from the beginning, which made us very comfortable. We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. The stay was perfect! The house is perfect, spacious and extremely cozy. I intend to come back more often. Unamar is really cool, there was a fair downtown, on Saturday and Sunday. Very close to Búzios, close to the beach, close to the highway and the center of Unamar. There is a mall less than 2 km away. Close to large markets, and the restaurants are great.

Mari is very flexible and helpful from the first contact, she responds quickly, which was even decisive in choosing the house. The house is great, corresponding to the advertisement. Alexia's home is absolutely wonderful and for me it was chosen especially to spend my 30th birthday because it is so special. Alexia was an excellent host and went out of her way, having helped me that this reservation happened even when the house was no longer available on Airbnb, she went out of it, so I really appreciate it! The village was always quick to respond and gave lots of great suggestions! The sea view and sunset are priceless, the way to the turtle beach, the proximity to the center of Búzios but at the same time being located in a quiet area, I found it wonderful. The decoration and the utmost taste make the house undoubtedly special and irreverent. A site with lots of nature and art. The only negative point are the mosquitoes, but nothing that a good repellent and candles do not solve, so I advise you to get prepared with that. Tirando this all was amazing, super recommend and hope to return one day!

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!
