SUPER COZY HOUSE😍😀

The house is in the condominium Verão Vermelho, Unamar, Cabo Frio. We have a great gourmet area with a beautiful pool. The house is all fenced in, allowing tranquility for those with pets or children. We have a beautiful ornamental lake, with some fish, we leave food for the children to be able to feed them and this ends up being fun! The house has 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites), all with air-conditioning😀

Gabriel was a great host, I recommend him to everyone, I have nothing to complain about. Very helpful and attentive. The location is easily accessible, the building is clean and the neighbors are polite. Nearby there is everything, from supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, not to mention that Dunas beach is about 3 minutes away, Forte beach is also easily accessible, we also went to Pontal beach and Prainha in Arraial do Cabo, it was less than 30 minutes by car, we also went to Peró beach and Conchas beach, it is less than 30 minutes by car, we also went to Ilha do Japonês, in short everything nearby, easy to find Uber and iFood. Fast internet, television with platforms. Gratitude! Until next time🙏

I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference. He was always attentive to every query or need that arose, which made us feel very welcome and cared for throughout the stay. Undoubtedly the best thing was the location: really unbeatable, close to everything we needed and with easy access to the main points of interest. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, comfortable, clean and well equipped for a pleasant stay. We 100% recommend staying at this place, and would definitely come back on an upcoming visit. Our holiday was excellent, the house is wonderful. We were in a group of family and friends (07 adults and 4 children), and we were delighted with the house. It is in a condominium near Dunas de Peró beach, super, quiet and quiet, the children played on the street quietly. The villa is all equipped with kitchen items, bedding, bath, airy, clean, organized, large and tasteful. There's TV, Netflix, barbecue front pool. The rooms have air conditioning and great showers. One suite is on the ground floor and another on the second floor. E has two bedrooms that share one bathroom. In the garage there are 4 cars but on the street you can park without problems. Silvio and Priscila are super helpful, they respond quickly and made several nominations and removed all our doubts. We were appointed a wonderful person to cook and keep the house clean (Thalita), a hyper well kitchen, as well as being friendly and discreet. It was a sensational Easter, super recommend and I hope to return.
