It is a comfortable apartment, with a new kitchen and bathrooms, very complete in kitchen and appliances. It's just as it is in the photos. It is located in a villa-like complex with other properties, atmosphere is cozy in the evenings, it was very quiet and quiet to rest. Giselli takes care of all the details and is an excellent host. The apartment is very hot although it has air conditioners in both bedrooms. Thank you Giselli.

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. This meant a lot of tranquility. With the condominium full, I believe we would have less privacy. Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

Our holiday was excellent, the house is wonderful. We were in a group of family and friends (07 adults and 4 children), and we were delighted with the house. It is in a condominium near Dunas de Peró beach, super, quiet and quiet, the children played on the street quietly. The villa is all equipped with kitchen items, bedding, bath, airy, clean, organized, large and tasteful. There's TV, Netflix, barbecue front pool. The rooms have air conditioning and great showers. One suite is on the ground floor and another on the second floor. E has two bedrooms that share one bathroom. In the garage there are 4 cars but on the street you can park without problems. Silvio and Priscila are super helpful, they respond quickly and made several nominations and removed all our doubts. We were appointed a wonderful person to cook and keep the house clean (Thalita), a hyper well kitchen, as well as being friendly and discreet. It was a sensational Easter, super recommend and I hope to return.

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and easy. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

The stay was amazing! The space is cozy, well located and exactly as in the photos. The host was super attentive, quickly responded to every message, and was always available to ask questions. A special highlight goes to the service of the chef, which further elevated the experience. I highly recommend it!

The space is super cozy and the great location, the place to enjoy the whole day of the beach with tranquility and comfort. Within the condominium there is hambúrgueria , restaurant, beverage distributor and very close to it has supermarkets. The house has an equipped kitchen, fans, barbecue, sound box, tv with Netflix. Also, for those who want to stroll to other places, it is possible to go to the Mirante do Pai Vitório which has a breathtaking view and is about a 25-minute drive from the site. Nathalia is an extremely friendly and friendly host, responded quickly and always willing to assist us with what was needed during our stay. It's super worth spending time there, we're already looking forward to getting back with our friends and family.

The stay was perfect! The house is perfect, spacious and extremely cozy. I intend to come back more often. Unamar is really cool, there was a fair downtown, on Saturday and Sunday. Very close to Búzios, close to the beach, close to the highway and the center of Unamar. There is a mall less than 2 km away. Close to large markets, and the restaurants are great.

I had an excellent experience at Marcos' residence! The house is very comfortable, clean and well organized, with all the necessary items for a quiet stay. Marcos responded quickly to the messages and made himself available. The location is a little far from the beach of the fort, about 10 to 15 minutes by car from the beach. I suggested the option of placing a larger capacity coffee bottle and Marcos would arrange it. I definitely recommend the accommodation and would stay again!"
