This was a lovely home, well maintained and very clean. It is a little remote, but worth it due to the beautiful surroundings. If you enjoy peace and quiet with easy access to Denver and Colorado Springs, this is the place for you. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven.

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

The family and I spent 3 nights at David's place which was centrally located for the region. It provided us a good base to explore the Rocky Mountains with plenty of amenities to enjoy after a day of traveling. The pool/hot tub were used nightly as we unknowingly chose 3 days to stay there where the temperature was above 95. We enjoyed the house from the theater room to watch a movie as a family, the pool/hot tub, and the quiet street. David was responsive with any of our questions we posed to him and gave us a few recommendations where to eat in the area. We were happy with the cleanliness and the many extras left in the kitchen in which we were free to use and consume. I liked that we were 10 minutes away from many of the eating/drinking establishments we picked out. David also went out of his way to allow us an early check in/out if needed which was nice to check in a few hours early and use that time to go out on a excursion as soon as we arrived and down loaded gear

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

Amazing property, extremely clean, well equipped in great condition. Wonderful house for family. Well stocked, well maintained and set up to quickly start enjoying your stay. Couldn't have had a better experience with a property. Look forward to booking again on next visit to Colorado.

Kristy was friendly and very accommodating. We asked for an early check-in and she was able to check us in 3 hours early.

Lovely place with lots of room. Everything was like the description/photos. It was easy to find and easy to get in. Quiet and set a bit away from the city but still close enough to get to highways and restaurants and such. Easy to get to from the airport.

A comfy no frills, clean space with easy parking, a cozy bed, and a good size kitchen… there is no television so be prepared to read (great book selection) or play games. Great location and a nice semi communal backyard space. Bri was welcome and kind, would stay again.

Valerie was a great host her home is super clean no clutter and the view cannot be beat.

This was our second stay at Pike’s Perch. The home’s design creates an efficient use of space and is decorated thoughtfully. We love that you feel so far removed from the city but are a short (and fun) drive away from everything. The hosts are very responsive and seem genuinely happy to answer questions. Having an EV charger available at the property is an added bonus.

If you are thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate. Book it now. The hosts have thought of everything. The accommodations are tasteful, homey and full of amenities. The hosts are friendly and responsive. I’ve stayed in a lot of places and this ranks at the top.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very comfortable, cozy, and had such a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean and well-equipped, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The only small issue we noticed was a few spiders around the house, but nothing that took away from the overall great experience. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay!

What a beautiful home and beautiful surroundings! Waking up in the master bedroom to see Pike’s Peak in the morning was a gift! Kelsey had lots of extra “touches” throughout the home that made our stay so comfortable and easy. Thanks for opening up your home to us!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The property itself is truly quaint, offering a cozy and intimate atmosphere that was perfect for our escape. We were consistently captivated by the beautiful views surrounding the location – they were simply breathtaking and added so much to the overall experience.

Scott's place was great! I had a conference at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center (which sold out of rooms quickly). The house was about 1.5 miles from the conference making for a quick trip twice a day. The house was absolutely stunning and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony having coffee every morning. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone looking for a little getaway or relaxation around Denver.

Hannah was a great host! She was super responsive and proactive if any issues came up (which was pretty much none anyways)! She even left snacks for us. She took great care of us and I would 1000% recommend her as a host for others. Great place!!

we stayed for a week for vacation & our stay here was a highlight. we felt right at home. we were able to use the fire pit & sauna & it was a wonderful bonus to our stay. we used the kitchen every day & had breakfast & dinner at the outside table where we got to watch the chickens & occasionally had a visit from the resident cat Fifi. there's a view of the mountains from the backyard that we enjoyed watching the sunset. it was a great home base for us to go out to dinner or the farmers market in Denver, or visit Rocky Mtn National Park, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, & other sights. plenty of space & cozy touches that made us feel right at home. we are sensitive to strong smells, so the Meyers soaps & unscented laundry detergent were unexpected bonuses. close to the airport so it was convenient as well! any time we needed anything, Savannah was super responsive. we interacted with both hosts during our stay & we had lovely conversations & always felt welcome. Waking to the amazing view was a joy! The beds were very comfortable and the home had everything you could ask.

I was kind of worried at first because I’ve never used Airbnb and this would be the first trip I took as a young adult without my parents, but the Klainhan’s covered everything we might have forgotten, including make up wipes, toothbrushes, blow dryer, etc. They were very reasonable and easy to get a hold of and the home was very comfortable and felt super homey. I couldn’t say one bad thing about this place even if I wanted to, and would 100% stay there again.
