The place is very comfortable and matches the description, it is a good option to be close to Valencia, I recommend it.

We had a great stay at Jochem's place! The plants were beautiful, such a lovely private terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped, great if you like to cook. The internet was great as well. Overall, a very cozy place. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet area but only a 20 min tram ride to the center of Valencia (easy to get to, only a 5 min walk or so to the stop), and less than 40 mins to the beach. Jochem was also so friendly and helpful! He shared recommendations of things to do in the area, including a medieval fest happening a few blocks away!

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

We returned to this accommodation for the second time in two months. And we will definitely return at the next opportunity It's nice, all clean and tidy. What is most pleasing is feeling pampered as soon as you enter the accommodation, many small essentials such as the first welcome and more.
