This is a fantastic place to stay!! It is in a great spot, in that it's close enough to shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet. There's loads of space too. My dog was able to roam the grounds and had loads of smells to discover. For the humans, there's plenty of space in this place. I particularly liked the inside wood heater. There was loads of wood, and so it was fun to maintain an indoor fire to sit near and watch while sipping on a Pinot.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at Henry’s place in Lucas- North Ballarat! The home is spacious and very well-suited for a big or medium-sized family, with four comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, and in a great location—close to everything we needed. Kids had a basketball tournament. The highlight for us was definitely the collection of board games. After long days of basketball, the kids absolutely loved winding down with games in the evening—it really made the stay extra special. It just felt like out home away from home. Henry was a fantastic host—very understanding and always quick to respond. We felt well looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for families visiting Ballarat!

Halina’s place offered our family a beautiful modern and convenient stay in Ballarat, only a short drive to the CBD. Halina was super flexible and willing to accommodate a small extra request. Would highly recommend staying in this quiet and comfortable area of Alfredton. Would absolutely return

It was a wet weekend for our tournament in Ballarat. But it so lovely to come back to the house, park in the dry garage and pop on the warm ducted heating. There was plenty of space for all of us to spend time resting in between our adventures or cook a meal for everyone in the kitchen. Just perfect 👌
