The apartment was as described and everything was sparkling clean. I had no contact with the landlord himself, it was a lady from the house who took care of it - and would have been approachable at any time - if I had needed her. The furniture is all not new - the price-performance ratio is great. I am in the area more often - and will certainly come back. I especially liked that there were so many books. Enneagram, yoga, Tintin in French and Spanish learning thrillers - everything is there. There were even great crystals - I felt very comfortable.
