Monthly Rentals in Brunswick West

Aggie is a fantastic host: communicative, welcoming, considerate and responsive to her guest’s particular situation (we had a couple of commitments which could have pressed parts of our day into a rush, but Aggie’s flexibility and consideration smoothed all that out for us). This is a small apartment, but neat as a pin and containing everything guests could need (and if it did not contain it, I am confident Aggie would try to provide it). It was a delight staying there. The front door is directly adjacent to a tram stop on the No. 85 tram route, and the Royal Park train station is a short walk away. There are convenience stores and a cafe/bakery within a short walk. We’ll be saving this listing for future visits.

Exactly the same as it is in the photos.. bed n sofa were cozy n comfortable Everything works well the host is so nice and prepared various teas and coffees (also indomie that was so special for me 🥰) I love the areas for it is quite and peaceful.. We do need to walk to get on a tram (around 300mtrs) but its okay for me.. Theres a good coffee shop near to this (mister n missus) and a tasty bahnmi (mister truongs)

Jessica's apartment was very clean and well presented with a well appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was close to the local shopping centre and a short walk to transport. The apartment also offered off street parking which was appreciated. Jessica was very responsive to enquiries and offered an early check in at 12pm on request. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend.
