Townhome holiday rentals in Brownsville

Family of eight with four kids under 13 and we had a great time and plenty of room… Steps from the beach, kids also spent a blast in the pool and hot tub. Was our 2nd visit, my wife already said she wants to come back again!

Great apartment in a second floor with everything you need in the kitchen. We were two people, so the two bedrooms were perfect. There is also a living room with possibility of pull out beds, that we didn’t need. We enjoyed the kitchen and dinning room, the comfortable queen beds, clean linens and nice decorations all over the place. I recommend to pay for the washer and dryer as we did, because is a home away from home. The numbered parking spaces are very convenient. The only challenge for us were the steep stairs. This location is very close to the beach access, and there is a supermarket close by. I definitely recommend this place when planning your visit to South Padre Island. The location is a short walk to the beach, it's the middle condo and we had no neighbors the majority of the stay so that was nice, the garage is large and they have some beach chairs and toys for kids in the garage, a few of the appliances were out of date, we communicated that with the host and was told the items would be addressed for future guests, overall it was a nice place with everything you'd need to enjoy a vacation on South Padre Island.

First time coming back to SPI as an adult and this Airbnb was perfect right in front of a gas station, whataburger and other shops all within walking distance. The condo was perfect in terms of space and amenities. Would definitely hope to book again here if available.

Everything was as expected. Great location and clean. We were a family of 7 and had a comfortable stay. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

We felt right at home! The location is great, there is a grocery store walking distance and the same thing goes for the beach. Micheal made sure our stay was perfect and we are very grateful for that, everything we needed was provided for us. Will look forward to renting with this host again in the future.

Great place. Spotless condition, well-appointed, and great location. Thoughtful touches like labeled light switches. FYI, beach chairs (5ish?), a few beach tents and carts provided. We used only 1 or 2 chairs and a cart. From reviews I gathered kitchen wouldn't include much, so I knew not to expect that- no S&P, oil, but plenty dishware, cups, glasses, etc. The sink has a filtered water tap, the freezer an icemaker, both of which weren't working but they got the water working and were great communicators on this issue. (South Padre tap is apparently quite bad-tasting/smelling, in restaurants too.) The layout posed a challenge for us with common areas and master BR upstairs, the front door down one set of stairs, other bedrooms down another stair. I wish this had been described because an elder person and dog in my group struggled more than I hoped using all these stairs everyday. I had expected bedrooms and common areas on ground floor. So, not ideal for some mobility issues.

This is the ULTIMATE So. Padre beach house for a family. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach and a 5 to 15 minute walk to numerous bars & eateries. The big bonuses are all the “little things”: great beach chairs , beach toys, & a wagon to haul them, a cooler with wheels, loads of beach towels, an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off, a very well stocked kitchen (with a stocked snack bar), a fantastic swimming pool, games & TVs everywhere. Our family of 5 sleep very comfortably with excellent central a/c. We plan to stay here again the next time we visit So. Padre.

This sea cottage was absolutely perfect. It was clean, spacious, and loved the convenience of the boat lift. Looking forward to booking this place again.

Carol’s listing matched the photos as advertised. Carol was proactive in providing directions from my direction of travel. Carol’s place is beautiful inside and out. I would definitely recommend!

This place was great! Immediate access to the water and in a very secluded area of the busy island of South Padre. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the house was better than expected with plenty of room for 8 guys. All in all 10/10

I really enjoyed the location of the house, you just had to cross the street and the beach was right there. the house had very clear and visual instructions for most things. there was plenty of towels and baby gate was provided for the stairs

Awesome place to stay! Really great host’s very quick on responses and quick to help with needs. The place is very nice and a peaceful setting. The pool was great for my little boy and the family! My family really enjoyed the place! Highly recommend staying at this location!

Fantastic beach house! Comfortable, clean, spacious, with an unbeatable view of the Gulf of Mexico. Access to the beach was as convenient as it gets. They have beach toys & ice chest for use. The ambience and decor was like being in the mind of a deep sea sports fisherman, which was so cool. The owner also offers guided access to their boat for an extra fee for cruising or fishing. I wish I’d noticed this before! I would have loved to arrange this. Next time! I would definitely rent this home again.

Great place to stay on a family vacation. Especially Karina is a great host that provides attentive services. Stayed for 3 nights and felt like home. Family enjoyed our mini vacation and would definitely booked again.

Everything was fine, very nice place

Robert was an excellent host and always very easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. Robert goes above and beyond for his renters and we will definitely be booking another stay with him in the future!

Long Island Village is always nice to visit. This home was cute and just what we needed for a quick spring weekend trip.
