The location was very conveniently located for us. Everything was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Maria was responsive when messaged. There were some small toiletries that were included that were very convenient like make-up cleaning wipes, a toothbrush and cotton swabs. Extra blankets were provided in each room and even coffee/tea in the kitchen. Very thoughtful and will definitely book this place if available for our next visit to town!

Marina’s place was just as it was listed. The dedicated parking spots and gated property were the standouts for us. Very practical stay.

This was such a cute lil beach house! Me and my friends had such a good time here and it was the perfect size. Def recommend if your going to south padre and want something cute, tiny, not breaking the bank, and close to all the fun🍉🦀💛

We had an incredible experience at Alex's place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—it felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy linens and beach toys for our kiddos. The location couldn't be better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made our mornings trek to the beach effortless. We loved being so close to the gulf while still having a quiet, peaceful place to return to. Communication with the host was exceptional. They were quick to respond, super helpful, and provided clear instructions for check-in and local tips that really enhanced our stay. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is so it is available the next time we want to come back. (hahaha) Honestly, we can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely return in a heartbeat.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, we knew the property would exceed our expectations; it was immaculately clean and provided everything we needed. The location is ideal for beachgoers, offering stunning views and direct access. We certainly plan to return with our family to relish the beach experience.

This is my 7th trip to SPI and first time to stay here. It was wonderful! Everything was clean, looked exactly like pictures, great view and access to the beach and pools! I highly recommend staying here and I plan to be back!!

My family and I had a great stay over Father's Day weekend. The place is on the first floor so it was easy for us to walk right outside and down to the beach. Gorgeous sunrises every morning! Weekend summer fireworks are easily seen from the property. We would recommend and will definitely be back.

Licia was an amazing host! She was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. I've stayed at the Sapphire before, but my family and I truly loved her place. It was extremely clean, had a fantastic view and was comfortable. I would highly recommend Licia and her condo for anyone looking to visit South Padre Island!

We had an amazing experience staying at this condo! The instructions were super clear, but what truly stood out was how immaculately clean everything was. It honestly felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. Major props to the owner and the cleaning team for the level of care and attention! The attention to detail was impressive; for instance, the kitchen was spotless, and even the sponge was brand new! We had nearly everything we needed to cook and bake, and the provided coffee grounds were a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. We came prepared, but the condo had us covered beyond expectations. We've never used but there were even beach essentials like chairs and a volleyball. Without a doubt, the condo was the best part of our South Padre trip. While we weren’t too impressed with some of the overpriced restaurants in the area, if we ever return to South Padre, we’ll definitely be booking this same condo again. Thank you for everything!

Amazing place to stay! Loved the entire condo and location. The only things I would say were not good was the check in paper not having which elevator to use and I’m guessing the fridge was off or really low before we checked in and it took almost 24 hours for us to see our stuff getting cold. Loved the gym and pool! Hosts were amazing and quick to respond to any questions I had. Will definitely be staying here again!

I had a fantastic stay at SPI! The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and especially loved the private beach access. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and easy. They were friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The amenities were a nice touch; the condominium has a great pool, basketball court, playroom and more. It really felt like a home away from home. Would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in the area. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

I highly recommend Monica's condo if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation. She is a great host and responds to quickly to questions. My husband and I traveled to SPI for a quick getaway. The first thing we noticed when walking into the condo is that it was spacious with a beautiful view of the gulf. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is a corner unit with a large balcony where we enjoyed spending our evenings listening to the waves and one evening watching fireworks. Some of the previous reviews mentioned that the elevators were slow. I only noticed this during check-in because multiple people were checking in at the same time. Other than this we didn't wait long. The condo is located next to stairs which was also a convenient option. To sum things up, we had a great time and would love to stay at Monica's condo the next time we return to SPI!
