Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Brownsville

We really enjoy our stay…we felt very comfortable. Maria was very responsive and attentive…our check in was very flexible. We would definitely book her Airbnb again, it had everything we needed and more! Recommended 100%!

While staying in Susy Perez home, it was quite comfortable and private. We found it quite accommodating for our needs and was big enough to fit enough 7 people or more.

Great communication leading up to and during our stay. She even let us know that the bunk beds were disassembled prior to our stay. Highly satisfied.

Great location with a short drive to South Padre Island. Once you get back to the house it feels peaceful. Richard was very helpful. I will be visiting at least twice a year now. Thank you

We came in for a local graduation at the Marine Military Academy and had a great stay here. Lauren was beyond accommodating about our reservation. Great communication. We had everything we needed and felt like we were back in high school in the 80s playing Pac Man. The game room is such a plus and a break from sitting and staring at our phones. Thank you for making a spot for us!!

Very cozy home, a little bit small but super comfortable. The place is a great location for an afternight get together. Is very quiet area and not a lot of traffic at all. Would stay again if I go back again.

Everything was great!

We had such an amazing time during our stay. The condo is Close to everything so we didn’t need to drive. The beach was close by and the pool at the location was awesome. Great place for our family trip

Very nice stay. Great location, we were in town for both a trip to south padre and some family events in Brownsville and it was super easy to get to both areas. Very comfortable for our group of 5. Would definitely stay again!

We took a mini family vacation for Father’s Day weekend. Everyone was amazed how beautiful this place was. We were greeted by amazing staff. Check in was fast . We received our bracelets and were given directions where to go. We all had a wonderful and memorable stay. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the beach which was located walking distance . Rooms were spacious with its own bathroom . What I loved the most was the cleanliness , furniture and plenty of seating. . I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area South Padre Island. Message Jerry to book your next gateway . He quickly responds to any questions . We will definitely be returning to this place on our next trip especially with the excellent value for the price.

This spot is a must for people looking to stay in South Padre. Very convenient access to the beach and you can walk to just about anything you might be interested in

This was a great place to stay. It was close to lots of activities and had everything we needed! Our host left all the info we may require for our stay and we really didn't need to reach out to them for anything as it was all already taken care of.

this was my first time renting a airbnb and I’m happy I chose this place, a good 2-3 minutes away to the beach, was super comfortable had some space for me to bring my portable crib for my son, they had some essential as well just in case we forgot I truly appreciate the stay here I have recommended you trying this place and give it a chance for the price it is , it was worth it 🙌🏻

Place was just as described, host was very responsive on all questions and even resolved needs to fulfill our requests. Location was easy to find and everything was within walking distance including the beach. We loved the stay and can't wait to come back!

We had a great weekend here! Elena is an excellent host and very clearly communicated everything. The condo is in a really convenient spot close to everything. There were 6 of us we had a really comfortable stay!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this beachfront condo! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and cozy, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to breathtaking sunrises. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful and refreshing escape. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Robert was a fantastic host. The space looked just like the photos and had super clear instructions. Robert kindly left a list of recommendations as well as some basic necessities for the unit. We’ll definitely be coming back when we come to SPI next!
