We stayed here with 3 small children and 2 dogs. This place had everything you could possibly need to feel like a home away from home! From the hi-chairs, extra pool toys, ice chest all the way down to doggie bowls and a kennel; they have thought of everything! There way plenty of family activities to enjoy. The pool was definitely a hit. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely plan a trip back!

We loved our stay at Amanda’s place. This is our 2nd time here and we will definitely book again. The place is clean & comfortable. The area is peaceful and quiet. We absolutely love this place! Highly recommend!

This is our 3rd time staying at Jessica’s and we highly recommend. House has everything you need, clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient; great walking distance to so many places - Wingstop, local bakery, DQ and Acai bowls are our go-to’s, not to mention right across from Gravity Park!!

This was a perfect place for my boyfriend and I. It was a peaceful environment and Ashley was super communicative. The kitchen was very spacious for us to cook in. Couldn't have asked for a better place. We will definitely be staying again :)

Beautiful Saltillo Tile House We loved this place so much—we wish it was ours! We stayed at Leonard’s beautiful home at the beginning of May, while transitioning from Houston to the SPIG community and setting up our new place. The moment we walked in, I fell in love. The house is welcoming and beautifully decorated. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the open backyard and the golf course. We especially loved the cozy, pergola-covered back porch overlooking the golf course—it quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffees and sunset wines. Leonard was a wonderful host, checking in on us and sharing fantastic recommendations in the area. I couldn’t recommend this place more. If you’re visiting the area, definitely stay here—you won’t regret it!

My family and I stayed for a weekend getaway and we enjoyed it so much! It's less than 5 minutes to a beach access and 5 mins to Gravity park, restaurants & bars, beach stores, coffee shop. Literally in the middle of it all. The space was clean, and had everything we needed. Just a heads up, if you are a light sleeper there's noise from people staying up late around you in their home pools, but after a long day in the sun and having the tv volume on a little it didn't bother us much. Other than that, I definitely recommend you book this space!

This was one of the best stays we’ve had on SPI. The condo was within walking distance of a beach access. The onsite pool was beautiful. The space was perfect for our group. I haven’t slept on a comfortable Airbnb bed in a while and this one was superb. Will definitely book here again.

It was a very nice place. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was only 2min not to far. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the beach since it had alot of tar balls washing up to the shore. But our stay at the house was great our kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool.

Amazing stay! Such a beautiful house and very private. The house is located right in the meddle of everything. Walking distances to a lot of attractions.

This was a top notch condo. The patio overlooking the beach was sizely with awesome furniture. The few extra's we noticed were so appreciated. Seasonings for cooking, coffee to wake up to, soft linens, beach towels! Everything we needed. Jessica was very great with communication, and all around attentive. We would definitely return !

I had a beautiful stay in Jeff’s home. The oceanfront view and sunrises over the Gulf were nothing short of stunning. Jeff was always there if I needed him whether it be a recommendation for a local restaurant or relaxing activities on the island. I can’t wait to return!

Jose was a great host! Very responsive and accommodating. Had a couple issues arise during our stay and he was quick to respond and rectify the situation. The pool area was a great feature that kept my teenagers entertained in the heat! Beautiful gas stove that made cooking for our large crew super easy! Appreciated the laundry room and all the amenities in there helped me tackle the loads of laundry that come with teenagers!

Everything was excellent! The place is just like the photos, very nice and clean, and the host is always attentive and very kind.

The house was awesome, very spacious. It was beyond our expectations. They had everything you could possibly need, lots of thought put into their airbnb. The yard was spectacular and private. The location was close to the wildlife refuge, close enough to a town. The host was very flexible and allowed us to modify our reservation. A great place to stay if you plan on visiting South Padre Island or Boca Chica.

Great location. Huge backyard for dogs to run around. Loved having access to garage for parking to help keep car cooler. We didn't have time to use but there were a good assortment of board and card games. Quiet neighborhood.
