Nice apartment, easy access via bus and tram to the city center and anywhere else in Brno. It's in a more residential neighborhood, so you will need to go into town for restaurants, attractions, and so on but that only takes 15 to 20 minutes. The apartment is on the fifth floor without an elevator - be aware if you have heavy luggage. Easy access with a lockbox. Apartment has what you need but no frills, very good value for the price.

David is a great host, responding to messages right away. The apartment in perfect condition corresponds to the photos. The proximity of the apartment to the center is great. Quiet at night, large TV in front of the bed as well as in the good of the hotel, bathroom equipped, dishwasher too. It's just all I need for a trip. I definitely recommend David, you'll be as happy as I am. :)

Truly a _perfect_ AirBnB, very clean and well-maintained, cozy and functionally furnished, and just a very short drive from Brno exhibition centre, which was where we were headed. Despite a small misunderstanding about our arrival time, Standa was very quick to reply when contacted to make sure we can get in quickly. The parking situation needs a little getting used to – in this street, you can park for free between 6AM-5PM. Outside of these hours, you have to pay via EasyPark. If the app works for you, it is actually very easy, but unfortunately, it kept displaying error messages for us, and we had to use their website, where you have to enter the parking zone manually, and it doesn't know automatically which hours are subject to fees, and which are free. If you don't need your car right there all the time, there's several paid garages a short walk away!
