Apartment holiday rentals in Brno-sever

The apartment in person looks even better than in the pictures. The place is quiet and peaceful. My favorite thing about the location is that is right by the Luzanky park, perfect for walks and exercise. There’s also a small supermarket nearby. Drahomir is always at reach and is very friendly. There is an elevator on the building, but you do need to walk one flight of stairs to get to the apartments floor, but it’s fine. The place is cozy, with a functional kitchen and a beautiful washroom. The place is well lit, and there are plenty of lights inside. I definitely think the place is worth the stay and would come here again.

Nice accommodation in a quiet and green part of Brno. I used it on the way to the conference because of its location, but you could also walk to the center (estimated 20min) or take a few stations by tram. Great amenities (kitchen incl. tea and coffee, hair dryer, iron, ...), plenty of storage space... I felt at home.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet, beautifully decorated, and had a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. Filip was an outstanding host, always easy to reach and incredibly helpful. We ran into a few issues during our time in Brno, and Filip went above and beyond by coming to the city personally to assist us. We’re truly grateful for his support and deeply appreciate having had him as our host. Highly recommended!

Nice Appartement, would book again.

Super nice host, friendly, peaceful environment, great place with garden for my toddler and dog. The house is easy to find, the garden is beautiful and big. The house was it’s described in the listing.

The place was as described, beautiful surroundings, but a little smaller. The price was great. The condition of the cleaning was a little worse, but I have to note that we were allowed to come to the place a little earlier, which may be the reason for a worse cleaning. Nothing that can't be survived. The location is great, close to public transport but at the same time quite quiet, just worse soundproofing (large glass window).

Petra's place met our expectations. Petra communicated very proactively and gave us advice. She provided us with a crib and a chair. She also allowed us to check in exceptionally sooner because she knew about our early arrival in Brno. The apartment was cozy and well accessible to the city center. I can recommend.

The apartment is at a walking distance from the main train station and the city center. There is also a tram stop nearby. I enjoyed my stay at Adrian's apartment. Adrian, thank you very much for your hospitality.
