Holiday rentals with breakfast in Bristol County

Everything was just perfect! Great house, neat and clean and such a pleasure to stay there. The hosts gave great instructions and suggestions and were very attentive and accessible. Able to get to the places we wanted to visit with no problem. It was such a relaxing and calming experience. I would highly recommend staying there.

What a lovely, tranquil retreat staying with Joney was! It was the perfect 'home base' to explore the area while visiting family. The accommodations had everything we needed and more! A mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, hot water kettle - coffee, tea, and on. The bedroom was private and comfy with plenty of room for our belongings. Many local maps, guidebooks, and attraction fliers were available to peruse while we relaxed in the sitting area and they helped inform our adventures. Joney is a wonderful host! We look forward to returning. Big love to Bert and Desi (the doggos).

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

It was one of the best experiences I had with Airbnb, all thanks to Rebecca's kindness and predisposition. My husband and I were treated like kings. The house is beautiful, super cozy, with a great view and the neighborhood is very quiet. Perfect location to visit Newport (30 minutes by car). The breakfast prepared by Rebecca is great and her talks very interesting and enjoyable! She took the trouble to go and buy us delicious fresh strawberries. We will miss her! Hopefully we will be back soon!

Paul and Tony reminded us of what Airbnb used to be all about - staying with locals who share their entire homes, are warm and welcoming and take great care in making their guests feel comfortable. The location served as a good base for us to explore Newport and the surrounding areas, and both Paul and Tony provided great recommendations. Overall, we really enjoyed chatting with them when we were there. The room itself was well kept, the bed was comfy, and the newly renovated bathroom was clean. The availability of breakfast was a welcome addition, and it was great having baked goods from Paul’s bakery and fresh eggs from his chickens. Highly recommend staying here!

House was absolutely beautiful, host was great, and the views were spectacular! My family and I will definitely try to stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay at Karines place. Easy walking distance to the harbour. We did the whole cliff walk from the house and can really recommend that. Take the free bus back to town. Newport is a really nice place to visit.

This is a charming place that Nadine has right in the heart of Norton. Close to everything you need. I arrived just when the Fall leaves were bursting with color. Star watchers will see amazing views every night. Nature lovers have so many choices to pick from. There’s beautiful parks and hiking trails very close by. Nadine is great communicating as well as making great suggestions locally.

The studio is cozy, very clean and well equipped! Ronni is a thoughtful and available host. We would definitely return to her house.

Great option for two couples for a stay in Newport for a wedding. Much cheaper than a hotel and was nice to have our own space! Everything was clean and the kitchen and bathroom have just been re-done. No microwave and only a mini fridge which was perfect for a two day stay but wanted to point out. There is a Kurig and toaster oven plus a stove and regular oven. Jacks instructions were clear and concise and the deck was a nice touch! There is no parking for the Airbnb except for on the street if you can find it (which was easy in September when we stayed). Excelent location, close to everything and decorated nicely!

Our stay was perfect! Alexis was a wonderful host, providing tons of history about Newport and Rhode Island during our three breakfasts there. Super interesting! (And yummy!) Check in could not have been easier, and Alexis was attentive from start to finish. The location of her B&B is super convenient. We almost walked everywhere for our 3 1/2 day stay. The Broadway area has tons to do but the downtown area is super easy to walk to and where we spent most of our time! No need to worry about parking downtown! We jet out car at the bnb nearly all weekend! We have been staying in Newport for years and absolutely loved our stay with Alexis.

We were also lucky enough to meet Zane, her sweet and beautiful husky, who added an extra dose of joy to our trip. Her generosity and flexibility made all the difference—allowing us to check in early and check out late so we could fully relax and make the most of our time in Newport. Paul’s place is like a museum! So much history and he takes great pride in it! Tracey met us and gave us all the important info we needed! We got settled in and felt right at home. The bed was so comfortable and the newly refinished bathroom was large with a shower that had great pressure. The breakfast the next morning, wow! It was perfection! Thank you Tracey and Paul! We will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough positive things about the absolutely warm welcome and beautiful host family Pam and Joe were. Pam outdid herself baking cookies and delicious breakfasts for us. There were many toys and books for my 3yo daughter to enjoy. I also enjoyed the adult book library. Every need is anticipated and provided for. I especially enjoyed the gas fireplace that made the suite extra cozy. The bedding was so comfortable, and the yard with the sandy beach, kayaks, fire pit, swing, climbing tree and toys galore were heavenly for my daughter and I to make cherished memories together. The pictures do not do their beautiful home and yard justice! If you are looking for a relaxing Rhode Island sanctuary with a top notch view of the river, peace, comfort and a home away from home, stay with Pam and Joe. This is exactly what the founders of Airbnb envisioned!

Heidi went above & beyond on the 1st call to verify reservation, she was warm welcoming and extremely attentive to making us fell welcome. We had a wonderful breakfast and great conversation with Heidi & her other guest. Count us in we will be back for sure!!

5/5 stars for this venue and Michael as a great host. My girlfriend and I stayed here three days and two nights, Mike included complementary water, Gatorade, coffee, tea and silverware/glassware. Place was spotless upon arrival in a quiet and quaint area of Newport. Offstreet parking is also a huge plus here. We like to walk places and this air bnb is the best “halfway” location between Easton beach/ the cliff walk and all the businesses on Thames Street. Mike was responsive and helpful above all. We would look to stay here again in the future!

Connie and Frank’s house is in a great location in the middle of Jamestown with easy access to the local restaurants and close to the different state parks on the island. The top floor suite is a very nice space. Very clean. Connie is a great host. The baked goodies she provides are very nice!
